Hi, Santosh here, i have bought TB350 on 23rd of Nov, and had faced a serious problem with the way it delivered. I have even discussed Problem with Robert-Before sales regional manager This problem was discussed with Nitin Gupta- After sale area manager, as he was suppose to give me contact of Before sale area manager(Ramesh) but even the same with him. Below image is about the conversation with Robert-Before sales regional manager I'm really unhappy with the way how RE treat to their costumer and The way showroom people talk or have conversation with customers. I cant write each and every incident happened with me at Showroom. Thanks, Santosh G M
