I want to complain about my thunderbird bike which I buy on[protected], the issue with the bike of engine oil leakage started after 200 km.It was reported to the dealer and after several visits it was taken care of and when after 5 times of visit and for 4-5 long month time the bike handed to me with engine noise.I complained about engine noice and now last 1 month the bike is with the dealer and even after so much time they haven’t done nothing to remove the complaint of enjine noice.the bike spent not more then 2 months with me but is standing at dealer service station for other whole time to get it ok.Now the meter of the bike is showing 1000 km .Is this how royal enfield treats with their customers. I am sorry to say that I am having a very bad experience after buying it.Even your service enginer mr ritesh having the above no -[protected] is so rude on talking to the customer or many times he don’t bother to pick the phone .My bike ch no-ME3US5C1FD197069 AND ENGINE NO-U3S5C0FD744264.Please let me know if something can be done about the bike or should I go to the consumer foram as I haven’t spend 1.4 lakh only for mental harassment Thanks Sameer pupneja Was this information helpful? | |||

I have royal enfield electra 350 2014 model.After one year the most of the parts are getting rusted.
