Royal Enfield — Totally fed-up with the dealer and their services | |||
Sir/madam, I brought 1 new standard 350 CC bullet from the dealer name INTREPID WORKS, PATTAMBI, KERALA on 30th of December. On that time they didn't gave helmet, on that time they told me, "there is a shortage of helmet in their showroom so with in one week we will give you" and till now i didn't get any helmet from them and while contacting them they telling me it'll take more time. On the delivery time they promised me they'll give with in a week, but till i didn't get any calls or messages or emails from them. They told me that we don't have helmet right now and if you have any urgent you go and make complaint to Royal Enfield official site or send a e-mail. they are simply extending the dates. I totally fed-up with their service and behavior.
