I have booked my Royal Enfield classic 350 for second service and asked for pickup and drop service last week.
Executive has promised that someone will come and pick my bike.
Even after two days also no one called and taken my bike and when I called the concern person irresponsible behaviour shown
After that I sent a mail to service centre, even after no proper response
