Hi team, I am writting this email regarding the service of my two wheeler royal enfield classic gun metal grey registration number up14ds5963. It is been 21 days i have given my bike at mahadev agency sec 10 noida after i met with an accident on 10 aug 2019. The employee to whom my case has been assigned is mr maanvendar which is completely showing unprofessional behaviour and from service centre there is no update about the deleivery of my vehicle. Even whenever i try to contact them on phone they do disconnect call in between with a very unobvious reply which is it will take one more week.. Where as last time it was informed to me last time it will be done by 31aug or by 1 september. Most importantly i want to share that the voice tone or the way of talking of employee (Maanvendar) was ver rude. Which is not appreciated. I expect to get the work done on this asap with proper customer service and vehicle service. Such kind of customer service and employee behaviour towards customer is not accepted and appreciated.
