Dear Royal Enfield Support Team,

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delivery delay of my motorcycle booked through JC Motors, Rayya Morh, Amritsar.

I booked a Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Battalion Black on[protected] under the name Navjot Singh, but the dealership has been continuously delaying the delivery and only saying “ajkal ajkal” without giving any proper update.

Issue:
Despite the official Royal Enfield app showing the promised delivery date as 24-Dec-2025 (tentative: 31-Dec-2025), the dealership is not providing any clear information and is delaying the delivery without any valid reason. Their behaviour towards the customer is also unprofessional.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently, take appropriate action against the dealership, and ensure my motorcycle is delivered on time as per the dates shown in the Royal Enfield app.

I booked a Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Battalion Black from JC Motors (Jaycee Motors Corp), Rayya Morh, Amritsar on 01-11-2025 under the name Navjot Singh. My booking number is BKG300005IJ00145 and I paid ₹5000 as advance (Receipt No: PAY300005IJ00447). The dealership is delaying the delivery for many days and keeps telling me soon, soon without giving any proper update. The Royal Enfield app shows my delivery date as 24-Dec-2025 (tentative 31-Dec-2025), but the showroom is not cooperating and behaving unprofessionally. I request Royal Enfield to take immediate action against the dealership and ensure that my motorcycle is delivered on time as per the dates shown in the app
