Dear Royal Enfield Support Team,
I would like to raise a complaint regarding the delivery delay of my motorcycle booked through JC Motors, Rayya Morh, Amritsar.
I booked a Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Battalion Black on[protected] under the name Navjot Singh, but the dealership has been continuously delaying the delivery and only saying “ajkal ajkal” without giving any proper update.

• Dealership: JC Motors (Jaycee Motors Corp), Rayya Morh, Amritsar
Issue:
Despite the official Royal Enfield app showing the promised delivery date as 24-Dec-2025 (tentative: 31-Dec-2025), the dealership is not providing any clear information and is delaying the delivery without any valid reason. Their behaviour towards the customer is also unprofessional.
I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently, take appropriate action against the dealership, and ensure my motorcycle is delivered on time as per the dates shown in the Royal Enfield app.
