Royal Enfield — vehicle was delivered a month ago and still not given the rto challan

We got our royal enfield 350 cc classic vehicle delivery on 21st of jan 2018. Its going to be a month and still we have not received any update on rto challan and when we esquire about this with the showroom eveytime they say wait for one day.. Are they selling vehicle without paying rto. What they do with our money? We made complete payment on 11th of jan 2018.

Vehicle was booked in the name of mervyn christopher on jan 1st in koramangala near forum mall enfield showroom
