Hi my name is bhoopendra niranjan i own a clasic 350 year 2014 and its registration no. Is up-78-dw-0053. There was engine leackege problem within 1st service month oftime. I bought it in march 26, 2014 and by the time i bought my bike from kanpur to sareen moters I said complaint but the showroom in your supervisor said that it is not possible to every bike have problam this tipe and till date clutch problam. Your shareen moters kanpur service centre very poor service and not any management. Presantly 26/09/2017 paid service done but water in present in fule tank so petrole tea losse fit by machanic because petrole leack but not any response 2.5 hour wait today but that problam not solve it. Because jobcard prepared but many time said please work done as soon as but no responce only so am without problam solve and cancel your jobcard he says you are go away any machanic not free for you. Ok Are we mad that we buy a 1, 50, 000 bike and dont get proper service Was this information helpful? | |||||

Very bad service I had purchased royal enfiled Himalayan. Byke breakdown in 8 month and the byke runs only 1000km and services is so bad that no one picks a call. I had called chennai also but phone disconnect after 1 minute. I will suggest all friends who want to buy royal enfiled do not buy
