Royal Enfield — very poor service & not detecting and not rectify the problem | |||
I had purchased a Royal Enfield Bullet Standard 350 from the dealer Kaizen Motors Service Vyttila Kochi Kerala on 28 June 2018. From the beginning itself the bike started showing many complaints. Engine has high sound, silencer and speed meter is has complaint, I had taken the bike to the service centre at Edappally & Vytilla more than 15 times and changed the brake shoe 3 times. But still the bike shows many problems and I am not able to ride it comfortably. Now the service centres are also not responding to my complaints and stopped listening to me saying the bike has manufacturing defect. The bike has run 9700 km only. I did not get a good response from company even though I placed my complaint several times through E-mail. I am very much disappointed and unsatisfied with your office and the service centres. Please take measures to rectify the defects of my bike or replace with a new one. Looking forward for a proper response from the authority. +1 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
