Royal Enfield — vibrate and hearing abnormal sound from engine

I purchased royal enfield classic 350 from your authorized distributor m/s sri saravana motors, hosur-635109, tamilnadu, india on 12/09/2019.

During free services and paid services i complained with showroom service engineer that i'm hearing abnormal sound from engine and really feeling uncomfortable while driving.

Due to above issue now the vehicle started to vibrate and facing lot of discomfort while driving, everytime at showroom they are simply doing water service and returning vehicle without addressing my complaint.
