Dear sir,
I was on ride from jaipur to leh via srinagar on my bike rj14hy8691 classic 350 on 11/05/2018 and i have a general checkup at fateh autos jalandhar and then from there we have a general checkup at venture thirdpole leh and we r going smoothly towards nubra, pangong tso and tso moriri after that we have a general checkup at shivam automobiles mandi where i met with mr praveen thakur who also washed my bike from there the problem rised after crossing 70 km i came to know that my bike headlight is not working. For which i called mr praveen on his personal mobile no.
[protected] he said he will be there in 1 hour which i said leave and i have taken a led light from local shop and get it fitted on my bike by a electrician and we reached chandigarh there i again gone to service centre garg autos where i have a general checkup and i have told about the issue of headlight he said that there will be water in coupler thats why the fuse r getting fused and i changed the spare fuse and light get lighted after which we came to jaipur on 27 may 2018 and i have again the service at jms service centre sudarshanpura jaipur on 30 may 2018 after that the same problem arised of headlight on 1st june 2018 and i again reached at jms where when they opened the headlight they said the wiring was burnt and they have sent you a mail for warranty purpose. And they also said that the wiring was burnt due to extra light. I said thats it connection was directly from the battery but there service engineer shakti singh said that it was my fault. So please sir do something for that as i have only serviced my bike from the authorised service centre. I will not pay for that as it was not my fault as i have done according to the situation and please do something in my favour.
