Purchased re himalayan bs4 2018 june, on my very first ride to shimla found the cone set got loosed and handle started vibrating, reported the issue to cruiser motors rajapuri and they serviced and tightened the same but again in not more than 500 kms ride it again started vibrating, reported this issue 4 times but every time it is not resolved permanently, even they dont have spare parts, side stand spring got broken for which they dont have the spare part, they told me to get it for me but since last 2 months i m waiting for there call. If there is some manufacturing defect in cone set of himalayan re should call it back for resolution instead of making there customers run for the never resolving issue. Worst service standard in such a competetive era. Invested 1.87 lakh on my bike in cash, never expected such a branch has such worst customer focussed management.
