Royal Enfield — Worst and rude staff

I'm saikiran
I had very bad experience with my Himalayan with service centre Uppal.
I met with accident and I thought of claim insurance, It's wasn't but a major damage but I preferred insurance to resolve my issue. I went Royal engineers uppal for service i met advisor and they did estimation and it's costing around 5k. Firstly they asked me to go with a pay I said I'm fine with insurance due to my personal financial issues. And I don't know why they asked me to keep my bike 45 days to claim insurance I visited showroom at 10 am I didn't even had my lunch till 4 pm there is no executive available to talk with me even I called manager and he didn't even respond to my call they I called Royal Enfield toll free number for help I appreciate I got immediate response from toll free team then i got a call from Royal Enfield showroom and they promised me that my issue will resolved with in a week or 8 days. And I also mentioned few issue which I'm facing with my bike engine over heat and fuel indicator isn't work they said will do it once the insurance work done and my insurance work has been completed on 19th April and I called them multiple time they're not even responding to my call . on 19th April i visit showroom they asked me to wait for one day and it's almost 3 days I didn't got any response from Royal engineers today on 22nd they said your process has done we are waiting for letter from ICICI I said okay and I asked about my secondary complaint they said will call you in a hour I waited till 6 pm In the evening then I called back to know the status they didn't even prepared new job card for secondary issue now they are asking me to wait till Monday I don't why should I wait again Till Monday. Why don't you be promises? And seriously they are like do whatever you want you can also send email we don't care what dose it mean how rudely they behaving with customers. I'm done with Royal Enfield service worst experience I had with team Even in google reviews their are very bad reviews on this servicing center many customers like me suffered a lot. So I request you to please take a proper action on this servicing center.
