Royal Enfield — worst response against complain | |
This is jatin sapariya. I have purchased new royal enfield classic 350 (Reddich red) on 19/10/2017 from sarabhai motors, nehrunagar, ahmedabad. From the very first day we are facing a problem i. E. An annoying and abnormal sound is coming from the engine. Further for the solution we have visited the authorized service center karnavati bikes - royal enfield service center, near hotel royal inn, ishwar complex, opposite gurukul towers, drive in road, ahmedabad, gujarat 380052 on 03/11/2017. (Job card no. 006033) they have inspected the engine and inform that there is a issue in engine of the bike and they are requesting us to get open the engine and repair the same. We have contacted with service manager mr. Aditya singh ([protected]) and as recommended by him we have further contacted with territory service manager mr. Maulik upadhyay ([protected]) but, they have also suggest the same. After that we have informed the same to our dealer sarabhai motors (Ground floor, sukhdham tower, beside bikanerwala, surendra mangaldas road, nehru nagar, ahmedabad, gujarat 380015). But he is not at all interested in the matter. But, after paying 1, 53, 000/- we are not supposed to repair a new bike. Hence we are requesting you to please change the bike with the new one or else refund the money. We are very much unsatisfied with the service provided by the royal enfield.
