I want to bring this to your attention, showroom name - i speed motors, purasaiwakkam, chennai.
I have bought classic# 350 on nov 2018 and i have done 5 services in the showroom and i am not satisfied with the service they have provided. This is my second complaint regarding the last two services, i have paid for all the service but the service provided is very very bad when compared to road side free service. On my previous service i have the following complaints that i have informed the showroom to rectify, but they haven't rectified it,
1. Pick up issue
2. Wheel alignment
All these issues were not rectified and after completing the service a scratch was found on the front mudguard, informed the service adviser and service manage, they have said after checking the cctv footage we will change and give the mudguard. The service was done on 18/09/2019 but still they are not responding about the issue and wheel alignment was not done properly, when compared to last now it is very very worst and completely unsatisfied ever with your service.
What is the use of doing service.?
Are you doing the the service in free of cost.
The brand is completely gone.
I want everything to be rectified and i don't you guys to say i am unable to reach out through phone.
