I’ve purchased a new royal enfield bullet classic 350 silver last month from your dealer in udhampur district (J&k). The bike provided to me is of poor build quality and is giving serious problem its not even running 150 kms and its seal of engine got out while riding and engine oil leaked out and bike breakdown on d way there is no any type of pre delivery inpection at dealer end, furthermore your staff is the most irresponsible i’ve ever seen at the tume of purchase uour staff is not giving proper tym to customer even they cant understand the value of customers.
