Royal King Furniture — Cheating of good in Chennai Trade Center by Royal King Furniture Bangalore

I have booked a Dining table from the Chennai trade center. Royal King furniture is displaying in most of the Home exhibition. Intially they told the fabric is not available and them. I had informed them that i shall provide them the fabric but some how I had to manage with the fabric with the choice they had provided. They had also informed that the product is teak wood and it is a life long product. You can check the same in every exhibition they keep repeating the same. I have actually booked because they informed that their factory is in redhills. But now i have understood they dont have any factory in Chennai and they were just cheating in the trade center. They have informed that the goods shall be delivered once they are ready and I have to complete the payment before it. I had informed that I will hold some payment till the delivery of goods in right condition. But later the sales persons pressurized me to a condition where I had to pay money if I need the furniture from them. I thought they will deliver the materials in a proper way. But finally I caught them red handed in the trade center where they have kept my dining table in display. They had informed it was not mine. However 2 days later they informed the dining table has reached koyambedu and they were asking my address. But finally when I enquired the driver they have brought the table from trade center and the chairs were broken. I had informed them immediately regarding the quality of the material and the damages. For last 2 months they are informing that they will be sending a person but till date no one has visited my house to make the replacement. I want to take action against this company and book the people immediately else the whole of chennai will be a prey to their poor furnitures along with the refund of this poor quality furniture. I shall order from a shop in Chennai which shall be easily accessible to me.
