There was a stall of Royal King Furnitures, Bangalore in Chennai Trade Center 3 weeks back.
We had booked a dining table and paid Rs, 15000 via credit card as advance. We were promised delivery of the
item on April 10th and the balance was supposed to have been paid by cash. They had given a chennai warehouse
address and there is no such outlet. When we call up the owner Rajinikanth, he talks ruthlessly and says that
only if we pay the balance amount to his personal account (not sure why we should transfer it to his personal account)
he will make delivery of the table. This is attrocious and nothing but cheating customers. Just bcause the stall
was put at Chennai Trade Center, we went ahead and booked the table. We need the cash back and there has
been too much of a mental turmoil and pressure for which the company has to pay us back. Was this information helpful? |
