I am venkata subramaniam booked order for sofa, cot and dining table on 24.6.2016 at chennai trade centre. i also paid nearly 70% of the money upfront. the delivered cot and dining table which is worst than a platform stuff. i also sent photos of defect to ms. neha who is supposed to take care o[censored]s. now the sofa set is still to be delivered. ms. neha was giving excuse that after eid it will be delivered and subsequently she is not at all giving proper reply over phone. further the monies which is to be paid by us to the company is being paid by us to an individual name. we could not avoid this as we have got caught with our monies. she insisted that only when you pay the balance money it will be delivered.instead of 15-20 days deliver it is now more than 35 days. had i known about their history i would not have ordered. kindly probe the entire dealings pl.
