I put an order for a King Size Cot and side stool at Royal King Furnitures when they came for the TIMES Furniture Expo conducted in White Orchid in Manyata Business Embassy Park, Bangalore. The order was placed on April 5th 2016 and i told them that i needed it definitely by May 2nd 2016. I paid the full amount as i needed the cot and stool for setting up my house as i was getting married soon. It has been two months since i put the order and i still haven't received the cot and stool and i am getting very rude responses from their factory.
How can i get back my money or provide me with the furniture ? This is frustrating as i am stuck with no cot at all and having my entire money stuck with them. Was this information helpful? |
