Royal Oak Furniture — Missing product and damaged product

Hi,
My order number is SQ[protected]. I have received only one office chair out of the two chairs that I had ordered. I had also ordered one 4 seater dining table chair set, where one of the chairs was discovered to be broken by the Royal oak installation guy today (July 5, 2021). All pictures and invoices attached. The Kadubeesanahalli (Bangalore) sales person (phone number [protected]) is not giving us any commitment on when he can provide the replacement for the broken dining chair and when he will deliver the second office chair. How can we escalate this matter?
