Defective Products

I have purchased products worth 1.5 lakhs in Royal Oak furniture store velachery chennai. The products that I received where defective and the technician who came to install it confirmed it. I have been following it up with the technician manager and the store manager for more than 3 weeks and I’m yet to receive any solution and they hardly respond to my calls and messages. Kindly do the needful to get the defective products replaced as soon as possible.
Defective products:
1. 3 seater sofa- color mismatch and defective cushions confirmed by the technician
2. 2 bookshelves with defective doors

Hi Team,
Recently I have bought a bed and mattress with Royal Oak which is delivered on chase and for installation there is no response even after next day which is actually promised to be done on first hrs and waited till late evening which makes time go in vain. This is a real disappointment on which I have postponed my work for installation and lost the customer satisfaction and belief towards the organization.
This is a request again on my Order No: SO[protected] to chase and escalate to get this done ASAP so that I can travel for my work without loss my time and money.

Inferior product - chairs, unresponsive customer service

These 4 dining chairs I bought failed miserably in a short life span. If one of them only had a problem it could be seen as one poor quality. But all of them failing shows poor design and poor product. Condition of all 4 chairs have been shown in pictures attached. Here's the chat transcript from their customer service:

Hi myself raviteja I had ordered a L-shape sofa from royal oak furniture online on June 6th. They said ill get delivered by 20th June, but they delivered me on 24th June late night around 11pm. I was not satisfied with the product because colour which I ordered is deffer, and product quality is not good. From next 25th June I started calling the royal oka customer care they said ill initiate return and refund my amount. Keep on calling them...

Missing product and damaged product
Hi,
My order number is SQ[protected]. I have received only one office chair out of the two chairs that I had ordered. I had also ordered one 4 seater dining table chair set, where one of the chairs was discovered to be broken by the Royal oak installation guy today (July 5, 2021). All pictures and invoices attached. The Kadubeesanahalli (Bangalore) sales person (phone number [protected]) is not giving us any commitment on when he can provide the replacement for the broken dining chair and when he will deliver the second office chair. How can we escalate this matter?

Misinformation and fake commitments

Order #ROY00106762 was taken stating will be delivered in 4 days i.e by 27th may which turned out to be fake. They did it just to take the order an sleep over money i paid upfront. Later their executive calls and says rather blames their logistic team and tries to wash off this saying that he is just a mediator. Do royal oak employ such unprofessionals ?
Anyways it was assure that it will be delviered by 31st and then again postponed to 1st June and today when i myself wrote to check the status they say it will delayed by 5 days again . I dont what in the world calls for such a pathetic approach towards customers . Have written to them to cancel the order and refund my money and apparently till now there hasnt been any response nor a call .

Damaged recliner sofa

I had paid for 3+2+1 recliner sofa from royal oak outlet in kukatpally Hyderabad in jan 2021...received the furniture in feb and was found to be damaged hence approached customer care and stores for a replacement and received another 3 seater on march 9th,
1) the entire seat is moving side to side and front to back ..I have the videos of the same..can't upload it...
2) the entire sofa makes awkward noise when ever we sit and get up and the leather stitched is not good with wrinkles all over..
3) while sitting the seat dips down to the base ...which never occurs with the other 2+1 recliner..
4) to add on to this, the 3 seater received for the second time was not delivered in a sealed piece instead just had a bubble wrap over it and it is very clear that colour of this 3 seater is different from the other two...guess it is a used one or some display piece
I am totally unhappy and disappointed and cheated, having paid such a huge amount ( rs 1, 36, 000)in January 2021 and I am yet to get a good furniture delivered.
Moreover there is hardly any response from the store people in kphb and the store manager (mr.Subba rao), despite trying to reach them over phone and directly in the store.
I want this damaged piece to be replaced with a brand new one at the earliest or return back my amount

I ordered a wadrobe and a shoerack from royaloak online on 9th may (Roy0033627). There was a lightening delivery deal going on. I got the shoe rack but the wadrobe didn't arrive. The eta was 12th may and installation on 14th may. Not only did they delayed the delivery but later stopped picking calls.
Wrote emails and tried calling multiple times.
Called a representative to cancel the order, he promised to send a cancellation mail and refund confirmation, but no response yet.
The wadrobe was for our new house, and we had no option but to buy a new one from elsewhere.
No emails, calls from royaloak for refund or cancellation yet.

shoe rack door damaged

I bought a shoe rack with double door from royal oak through online 4 months back for Rs .4000. Both the doors are broken and its is opened. I had raised lots of compliants to the service team.They nerver pick up the calls and put the call on hold.I sent a mail to the customercare too.They are not even responding to my mails .I'm very much fed up and lost my patience with calling their team evrey day. Once in while, they will pick the call and will update me that they will resolve the issue and get back to me. But the service number is not registered. It has been more than 2.5 months, but still not yet resolved. I don know to whom shld I contact.The royaloak customer care no is [protected].
Please I need the item to be repaired or atleast refund my money back. Product is on1 year warranty period now.

dining table set

I have recently ( Four months ago) purchased a six seater dining table set (model No SKU : DT4026WL6S) from from Royal oak showroom in Tirunelveli. After a use of 15-20 days cushions of the chiard starts damaging. ( plywood/ wooden support under the cushin starts breaking). I immediately contacted the showroom & they have rectified it. But on further use of the chairs it was observed that one by one each chairs are damaging. The showroom manager confirmed that they will repair all the chairs & taken the second chair in sep -18. After several follow up more than 3 months they started repairing the chairs.
I have raised a complaint to the customer care also regarding the supply of bad quality furniture. Unfortunately response from the customer care was also very disappointing. They simply told me to contact the store. Since the store manager response was very poor & disappointing I contacted customer care. The workmanship of the repaired chiar was also in very bad shape.
The furniture supplied was of very bad quality & a I paid full amount in cash at the time of supply. From the response from the customer case i understood that company has no value for the customer & hecne wrote this complaint.
Requesting you to kindly help me out in replacing these damaged chairs supplied chairs

I have purchased on order # [protected] dt 26- june worth inr 200, 000.
The damaged piece was delivered on sat june 30th. It is now close to 10 days, i have not been able to get my dinning set up.
Royal oak registered complaint after 10 days but no action.
Need to complain on the lack of customer service and replacement of the damaged delivered service.

We ordered a royal oak dining table from royal oak marathahalli with full payment on 22nd october 2017. They delayed in delivery - delivered on 27th oct. But they have not done the setup. Whenever we call customer care service, they do not respond promptly. It's been 10 days after we placed the order. They are not doing the setup. Everyday they are saying they would do it tomorrow. But they are turning up.
