[Resolved] Royal Services — Unsatisfactory work after taking payment | |||
I purchased mobile of micromax canvas knight A350 in the month of october 2014. From the month of August 2015, there is problem in my handset's zeck. I submitted it Royal Services, 3425 Mahindra Park, Rani Bagh, Delhi-34. Due to little bit damage of my handset back cover the service man asked me that your handset warranty has spoiled. I paid rupees 1950 for only changing of zeck of my handset on[protected]. But after that my handset zeck not worked properly and I again submitted it on[protected] in same service centre but till now i did not received my handset. It is very bad service provider and making headache of mine. We have visited the such service centre many times but there is no positive response from there side. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 20, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved We have visited many times to service center but they did not give any satisfactory answer. I also asked to you some quires regarding warranty but did not get any reply from your side as well. I have received one invoice from their side which no.is 291 on 11 Sep 2015. I want my whole conveyance return back which i spend to visited the service center from company and compensation against this kind of harassment. You can check the CCTV footage of such service center which is at Rani Bagh. | |||
