Hi my name is manish dutt sharma .i had purchased a bottle of royal stag from a liquaor shop which is in shivaji marg near karmpura new delhi.aftrer purchasing the bottle i found a insect in it and the bottle is sealed packed. i have a bill detail also with me.aftre this i had called the customer care number of royal stag and told them about the bottel.
after 2 days one of the royal stag company executive visited my office and i show them bottel and after that they said that we are unable to see any insect so plz close this matter and give this bottel to us. after that i didn't give bottel to them and they said do what ever you want to do . so its my hummble request to you plz resolve this issue as soon as possible becouse its a serious matter. and plz guide me to take neccessary steps for this.
