[Resolved] Royal Sundaram General Insurance — claim not provided even after paying the no claim bonus | |||||
Hi sir, I purchased a car insurance policy from royal sundaram general insurance on march 6, 2018. It is active since march 7th, 2018. I forgot that i claimed previously in previous insurance from reliance general insurance and claimed no claim bonus from royal sundaram general insurance. I met with an accident on march 16th, 2018. I registered for the claim and came to know that they would not approve my claim as i have made claim in the previous year from reliance general insurance and availed no claim bonus from royal sundaram general insurance. I paid the no claim bonus and registered for claim again. But i was told my policy is active after the moment i paid no claim bonus, I waited for 1 month and argued with them for claim approval. But they rejected it. At last, i did the repairing on my own expense. The expense is rs 11, 780. I kindly request you to consider this issue and get the amount i spent as compensation from royal sundaram general insurance. My policy was active at the time of accident . But you denied the claim. I paid the NCB and still you rejected the claim. What was the use of holding your policy from March 6th then?
