Dear sir,
I have a two wheeler policy number royal sundaram vide no. Vmpb[protected].

I have claim in this policy and surveyor done all work and take all document and virify same. And finally they said you do wrong at policy bazar enter wrong previous policy no pb12345 of icici lombard..

And they said give us previous policy then we apprroved your claim.
How i give this previous policy, my previous policy no. Is different. Policy bazar bydefault do the same. I am not expected that from policy bazar me suffer lot. My claim amount almost rs. 8000/-. They said we reject your claim if you do not provide previous policy. I know you have a big name in india i am not expected you reject my claim for previous policy no is wrong.
Kindly do the needfull in the matter
