Royal Sundaram General Insurance — insurance not renewed and refund not initiated | |
I tried getting insurance for my car on 3rd feb 2020 and paid the money as well for the same but i have not heard anything from royal sundaram since then. I have mailed then atleast 8 to 10 times in this period to know the status to no avail. There customer care number doesn't work and getting to there executives is next to impossible task. I am clueless as to what needs to be done now. My insurance expired on 8th feb 2020. I have 2 other insurance active from these guys and not going to renew the insurance from them ever again. Thinking of legal ways if i don't hear back from them in few days time for sure, because they need to know that customers cannot be taken for granted.
