Royal Sundaram General Insurance — NCB Wrong slab | |||
Dear sir, My claim is on hold from last 20 days...and I call surweyer, I call Maruti work shop, I call royal Sundaram policy issued person, I call royal Sundaram district coordinator, I call royal Sundaram manager ... These all persons r westing my important time in this covied -19 pendemic period...from last 20 days by saying me that your current policy have worng NCB of 45%...even they said to me that I have to first recover the NCB different recovery amount from...I said ok I m ready to pay...but No one is ready to confirm me actual different amount ...then only my claim will approved on their actual terms and conditions...
