Royal Travels — Fundamental and service default

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have booked on 03/02/2021 from Bangalore to Dindigul in a red bus (Royals travels bus number - KA 51 AF 5809) Driver details Mahendran [protected].As per the Booking the drop location has been mentioned as Royal Transport (Opp to Dindigul Bus Stand), but i have been dropped in Dindigul Byepass. I have mentioned the driver to drop in the drop location but he was so rude and behaved harshly and I was forced to get down at Dindigul Byepass. I was hiring an auto from the byepass to my house charged around 180 rupees, not only this there is no cleanliness and the bus smelled bad. These things made my trip so bad and it was unsatisfactory.
