Royal Twinkle Star Club Ltd — Maturity date over but not refund my payment after

Updated by Iss1973 Citrus Check inns Ltd, (a Group Of Twinkle Star Ltd. ) had cheating with me.
After completion of Maturity date still not refund my payment. I take a 5 years plan from Citrus Check inns Ltd. My Holiday plans Maturity date 7 Aug 2016. I submit all the required paper but still I had not received my chacqe. Agent give me every time new date and not pick up phone. My no [protected], i try to call their senior but not received any proper reply. Please help me in this matter didn’t found any reliable information for this company.
