I Prashant K shah had invested with Royal Twinkle Star club Ltd in Plan Eco Saffron m for 5 years of Rs 1000 monthly for 36 months on 30/05/2011 and my maturity date was 30/05/2016 and still today i did not got my maturity yet please help me and resolve my complaint as soon as possble.

Investment not received
I Jitendra v Singh, invested in plan entitlement certificate which was already matured on 01/11/2016, Still I haven't received the maturity amount till date after done with the process of form submitting in order to receive the total maturity amount. Tried contacting and visiting the office for the same but din't connected and received no communication and response from the company, Therefore registering this complaint.

inr 1000/- per month but after maturity still my amount not returned to my hdfc a/c, closing formalities document already given to baroda branch but no one still reply on refund, this is not small amount my every need depend this refund. Hello sir,
I had invested in royal twinkle star club in 2011, 31st august. During my college days. Through an agent named mr. Damyanti shirke. His business id number is 01094893. My enrollment number is ep00774476 and had taken eco saffron plan. My policy being for 3years of investment and 5th year to recieve the amount. But unfortunately i did not receive my amount claim in 2016. It's 2years past and the agent not attending my calls nor giving me proper reply as to when i can receive my amount. Every time the agent said the company will repay the fund to it's investors but he failed and now doesn't answer my calls. Although he has taken all policy documents from me confirming that i will receive my amount but i have not yet received my hard earned money. I'm having the scan copy of those documents submitted. Please help me to receive my amount claim.

Vaishali ramu angre has taken all maturity form from us and she is not contacting us about the reimburbment of our investing amounut. Please let me know how we can get our rs.2, 00, 000/- investing amount.

I had invested in the royal twinkle star club Ltd in vasai branch having Registered office at 16-19 shipping center, wadala. This is also called as citrus check inns ltd. It is under my wife name Celine and I'm the second holder. I've invested RS 5000/- under the plan the amount is Rs 10000/- under plan com silver çertificate CSD[protected] DT 11/08/2010. I had gone to submit and they said that they will repay the maturity amount after 10 to 12mths. I went to the manager and he bluntly said they case is already going and I can go ahead with the consumer forum complain. I have an ailing mother in law suffering with left breast cancer and in need of this hard earned funds. Please look into the matter at the earliest

I take a 5 years plan from twinkle star. My plan over in aug 2016. I submit all the required paper but still i had not received my chacqe.
Agent give me every time new date and not pick up phone.

I purchased a invesment scheme from royal twinkle star club ltd/citrus check inns ltd in dec 2010 and was suppose to get a return in dec 2015 and the time of return they said that they were facing some issues and we will get our funds in june 2016 and now they have again forwarded the the date of return and already they have delayed the return of our invesment by six months and now they are asking us to wait more also i know atleast more than 4 people who are going through same issue we have already esclated it with the company but its of no use and we dont know how to esclate it or whom to complaint or should we go to the police abt this, pls help resolve issue
