[Resolved]  Royaloak Furniture — ORDER #[protected] not delivered

I ordered a furniture worth 29, 496 rs (Order No. ORDER #[protected] on 16th Dec. 2023. It was scheduled to delever on 31st Dec 2023, on calling on 1st Jan 2024, I was told it will be delivered on 4th Jan 2024, on calling on 4th Jan 2024 I was told it will be delivered on 11th Jan 2024, on calling on 11th Jan 2024 I am told it is not even dispatched. They say, they will contact back but I don't hear back. Tired of contacting and getting irresponsible response. Hugely disappointed by the RoyalOak service. I need my item at the earliest.
