RPF — misbehave of rpf constable

I want to complain about one of the rpf staff of jaora railway station (Dist.- ratlam, m. P).
Actually what happen - i was standing in the que for tatkal ticket my no. Was second but rpf staff changes my number when i defend it he start abusing me and misbehave's with me. He chance my number just because someone offering him money to do that to put his number first so that his tatkal ticket clears soon and also says me that i am agent i pretend my all proofs but he don't stop abusing me and torn my form also. And this incident is happens with me 2nd time
