@RailMinIndia : Dear Sir, I have a confirm sleeper class ticket from Bolpur Station to Malda town at 13147 Uttar Banga Express (S4 40). For some inconvenience I had to board at Bardhhaman Station, I used to take same coach S4 with a general ticket from Bardhaman to Bolpur and try to sit a corner of a seat just for one hour..
It's very painful to say that duty RPF staff misbehaved with me for that reason.
They can easily told me to leave from that seat if occupied little bit corner of seat by me hammer any one.
I know its illegal to board at sleeper class coach with general ticket but I have no any other option.
I need proper justice for that misbehave.

Please search in Google search fake bail bond scam rpf kurla mumbai, We exposed scam involving numbers of Corrupt RPF personnel (All Rank) made fake bail bonds & pocketed its cash bail amount hence i am asking you to write complaint letter to DG, RPF to know the cash receipt issued to your father is original or fake.

As per law RPF does not have power to charge penalty they can release alleged offenders on cash bail bond by asking to attend court & court can charge penalty on merit.

Subject : Complaint against the R.P.F. POLICEMEN at DADAR (Mumbai) railway station.
Respected Sir,
On 27th Feb, 2010, when we came to Dadar station from manmad station by pawan express. The train reached the dadar station at near about 4.00 am in the morning. At that time, some 3-4 RPF policemen camein the general coach in which we were and they took all 40-50 men of the boogie and locked us in their jail. They said that we sat in the ladies boogie and demanded Rs. 510/- as penalty. They left the ladies but caught all the gents of the boogie. We were in so much number that the jail got full and we were filled till out side the jail But me being an educated and honest person, I would like to let you know that while approching the train I checked the boogie and I didn’t find anywhere on the boogie written as” ladies boogie”.
Sir, what the funda is that, on the right side corner of the train, a small lable on the boogie is there as “ladies coach”. But when we approached the train in manmad, the station came on the left hand side of the train. So there is nothing written on the left hand side of the train.
Important : So Sir I went into the conclusion that this may be a big scandal or gang of the RPF POLICEMEN WHERE THEY EXPLOIT THE COMMON INNOCENT MALE PEOPLE AND TAKE THOUSANDS OF MONEY FROM THEM TO LEAVE THEM. I was also caught on that day and I saw that there were very very poor people also there amongst us who didn’t had any money. They were pleading and begging and crying in the jail to RPF to leave them. I was feeling ashamed that even after our country getting freedom there are still some dogs who torcher the comman man as animal for money.
So Sir, thankyou for your precious time and If are interested in helping the poor innocent men from the loot and exploitation of the RPF you please take some action against them.
I don’t know whose e mail ID is this.soo you can’t refer back to me.I am expecting you to help hundreds of people who become victims of such dogs everyday.
If you don’t believe me you can go secretly on the time of pawan express or the train which reaches dadar in the night on the same platform on which the RPF office is located.
RPF take the advantage of the night and take money from the people threatening them and leave them before sunrise so no body comes to know about it on the dadar station.
RPF themselves must have taken the label out of the boogie to loot the people
If you don’t take action against them then, atleast rearrange the lables on specially the general and ladies boogies of all the trains so that atleast people are safe from such exploitation and put a ladies photo on the ladies coach for uneducated people
I think these looters must have gathered that much amount of money that even if they are suspended then also they can sit and eat that money for their whole life.I don’t know whom to give this letter . If you are not the concerned person then please forward this letter to the concerned person for some action because people who have less money, only they travel in the general coach and these RPF exploit those poor people only.

On 11.7.09 at 10.30 pm, I went to receive the well known sitar maestro Ustad Rafiq Khan, who came to Calicut to attend a programme arranged by Babu Raj Memorial Music Academy, Calicut and Swathi Sangeeth Pracharan Sangh, Trivandrum. He and his accompanying artists came from Mangalore by Maveli Express. Since there were six persons and I took only Alto car, some of them had to travel by auto. So I had parked the car in a place with ample space for other vehicles to move and helped them to catch auto, since they do not know the Malayalam language. It took only one or two minutes to get the auto since there were'nt any rush at that time. Number of vehicles in the railway station also were very less. On returning to my car, which was very near to auto queue, a RPF personnel came to me and said you are not supposed to park the car like this and issued me a notice bearing Number 846 asking me to appear before the honorable Special Judicial Magistrate Court, Railways, Calicut on 13th July 2009 at 10 am. I requested him that I am working in a Government Office, and I am ready to remit the fine then itself so that I wont have to avail a leave on that day. But he didn't listen to that and gave me the notice.

Subject-Irresponsible and improper behavior of mulund ticket reservation center and RPF vigilance during ticket reservation

On date 13-1-10, at 3.30pm, I Mr. Shripal G Jain (shopkeeper) sent one of my worker (Mr. Sampat) to bring 8 tickets by filling 2 forms. I also sent one of my other worker after him after 2 minutes. But at same time mulund (east) computerized booking center as totally empty so my first worker (Mr. Sampat) booked tickets from the first form and tried at other counter for other form and did not waited for the other worker. The staff member gave that form to supervisor taking my worker (Mr. Sampat) inside cabin asking him for his details as well as why he is coming so often to remove tickets. For that my worker (Mr. Sampat) replied that he came from Milan saree center [mulund (west)] and came here to book tickets of his boss. The staff member without contacting me, they took my worker (Mr. Sampat) to RPF vigilance and handed him to the RPF members.
RPF member in a very rude manner and with improper behavior took my worker (Mr. Sampat) in RPF office at mulund platform number 1. After 10-15 minutes, my other worker who went after Mr. Sampat came back as he did not find him anywhere at the ticket center end reported me. I called (Mr. Sampat) my worker and he told me that RPF members have caught him. At a very short span. I went there and asked that two RPF member that why they have caught my workers, he came here for my and my elders brother family’s ticket. I also showed him my I-card and mentioned my name with the name on the form. But both the RPF members did not heard anything and started making us scared that section 143 is applicable on my worker (Mr. Sampat).I replied him that I m not an Agent. He again told me that we have not caught u, we have caught your worker and came in a strong anger talking all rubbish. I tried to calm down the situation but they stuck to their answer that it’s a rule that the person who travels should come for their tickets and no other person. It’s an crime if other person comes. We also replied him that we are not aware of such a rule and one of the RPF member told us that u better answer to the court now. They took me and my worker (Mr. Sampat) to RPF vigilance office at cement godown, container yard in mulund (east) which is 1 km away from mulund station. We waited there for 1 hour and requested him a lot asking them for our mistake. The senior member of RPF told us the same thing that those who travels should only come for their tickets, it’s a rule from so many years and if other person comes for the ticket, it’s a crime. After I requested him for thousands of time, he rescued my worker (Mr. Sampat). I just had one query that this rule may be newly develop and Implemented. They also took in writing with me for the tickets taken by my worker (Mr. Sampat) including my signature to which I think there was no need.
But at the same day, on evening around 7.00 pm, I went at the ticket counter [mulund (east)]. I booked my tickets and their after I went to supervisors office and asked him that why u handed my worker(Mr. Sampat) to RPF members, Is there any rule that those who travels should only come for their tickets because the RPF members told us that those who travels should only come for their tickets and it’s a big offense is the rule is not followed properly at which Supervisor replied that anyone can book tickets but only with a single form. I told him that in afternoon around 3.30 pm RPF members arrested my worker (Mr. Sampat). The supervisor replied that your worker had brought 2 forms. I told him for such a small matter, you treated him like he is an big criminal. You would have sent him back without tickets, it’s not an crime, was there any other reason of handing my worker (Mr. Sampat) to RPF members with such an rude attitude at which he said that your worker (Mr. Sampat) is coming back very often now.
On the above point of the supervisor I would inform you that from last one month[protected] to[protected] we are having a grand social function o[censored]pdhyan at shankeshwarji teerth-viramgham organized by my cousin brother from bhandup. We are 20 members in a family and alternately we visit the occasion, and on[protected], we have a get together function at our native place Rajasthan (Pali) for 5 days. In a month even I travel 3-4 times to Surat (up-down) for my business and we all oftenly travel a lot. It’s not at all possible that those who travels should only come for the tickets, so we send our workers.
I request u that you please look into the matter deeply. If the supervisor had a doubt on my worker (Mr. Sampat), they would have called me for inspection or would have not given tickets. Was there any need to consider us as a criminal? The RPF members’ acting up on us as we are a criminal’s does not know the law or they did it purposely with an wrong intention. You please look into the matter deeply and reply us as soon as possible. Highly disiplinary action will be appreciated.

On 26th October I am alongwith my younger brother travailing from Howrah to Guwahati by 12345 Saraighat Superfast ( PNR No.[protected]) Sleeper Class birth No. 46 and 48of S-13. Between Boplpure and Rampurhat two constable one Bengali speaking slight fatty and one hindi speaking ( slim with rifle ) both are hiding their name plate without cap wearing khaki, they sanatch my thumpsup soft drink bottle from my seat and call me in one room of dining cart and started blaming me that I am mixed hard drink with cold drink. I told the same constable please test the bottle and take my medical test for any Alcholic in my body, but despite my repeated request, he told me packed-up may luggage and to get down at Malda station with my younger brother ( who is suffering with flue ) under such circumstances it is not possible for me to get down from train with my suffering younger brother and more over I have to present in my office 27th oct '16 due to few time bound work ( I am Manager of FCI, ZO(NE) Guwahati ) Ultimately they came a settlement with me for payment of Rs 3500/= either I have to get down from train at Malda. I have no any other option to pay Rs 3000/= without any receipt of fine, for my prestige being a Manager of a PSU and ;prestiage of my younger brother. Please do the needful and take the witness of Dining card staff and Safaiwal staff ( old man ) present in the train.

RPF staff in toranagallu(v) railway station Bellary Dis. Karnataka railway station are very rude and very Cruel.

one constable was clearing the market very rudely, He beat an old man selling vegetables in the market at railway station, this scene was taken video by normal person . Constable saw him taking the video .

Constable took that person in to his office and beat like anything why you have Recorder the video, scolded like anything, and took money what ever he had.

These are the situations going in the society . Police are there to save people, But there is no safety for public because of this type of police men .

there were two persons(RPF STAFF) in that Toranagallu railwaYSTATION, they should be suspended and severe action should be taken on them .

Person who have recorded the video must be appreciated.

Complaint Against RPF personnels

I had to travel from KSR Bangalore Junction to Jaipur Junction on 1September, 2018 by Jaipur SF Express(Train no. 12975).Due to traffic, I got late and When I reached the station, the train had already started moving.So, I rushed to catch that train. Somebody, in the train, pulled the chain. Due to some misunderstanding, the RPF caught me. They misbehaved with me and also had said inappropriate words.
They took 1000 Rs and My original ID proof. It's a humble request sir, that please take a strict action those RPF personnels(his Name-Praveen, Ph.no-[protected]).

Sir I want to draw your attention regarding the complaint against RPF constable Rajeev Kumar and other some police constable and one ASI posting NAJIBABAD Railway Station (Bijnor) UTTAR PRADESH they are arrest me convection sitting in the luggage coach and some other person are also arrested but two person leaved by constable Rajeev Kumar due to some higher authority and their kin sir I have ticket also and they taken bribes Rs 50 and phone also.Now I am bail by my son but I don't get my phone and Rs 50.Sir please take action against them as soon as possible.

RPF — Complaint against RPF

It is very unfortunate to hear of the ghastly incident that took place on the 11th of May when a constable of Railway Protection Force (RPF) attacked a civilian in Ambika Kalna (ABKA) station under the ER division for crossing the railway track. Everyday they harrashed the people for this reason and take lomesome amount from people without issue any slip.
Yesterday a poor people cross the railway track, at that time a constable attacked him, this people apologized for his mistakes. At that time 3-4 more constable joined with him and they started to give threat. Ultimate they went to RPF office in front of Ambika Kalna railway ticket counter.
They demanded Rs. 1500/- for his mistakes, but this people told them he can’t afford this money. At that time RPF told him if he can’t give money they will shift him to court. Then this people try to arrange money and ultimate RPF takes this money and not issued any slip….

Everyday RPF misbehave with the people who cross the railway track and takes the money in illegal way… In station area have no festun about awareness, no announcement regarding this issue. Everyday here RPF harrashed the people, they not protect the people.

I hope severe action is taken against these RPF as soon as possible...

I am working in Indian Army at Chandigarh. I was travel from Chandigarh to Madurai with my wife Mrs.Priya Karthick. She is seven month pregnant lady. My train Number 12688 Dehradun Superfast Express on 6/5/2019 morning 7.55AM we are starting our journey from Chandigarh. My PNR Number is [protected] and Seat Number B2/1, B2/2. When I reached Jhansi Station on 9.45PM 6/5/2019, That time my wife went bathroom at 10.00PM that time train was moving slowly, one person standing with near entry door. He was wearing blue color Shirt, pant and one shoulder bag also. My wife while entering bathroom at the time that person snatched chain from my wife neck. She was weared two chains with mangal suthra dollar. Totally 68 Grams (81/2 tola) gold. After that person jumped from train to platform side. Further I called 182 helping number for complaint registered. Then after while reached at Bhopal station that time one RPF police constable came to take details only. He is name Mr.D.T. Sharma. After reaching to Warangal and Vijayawada GRP police constables came to take Complaint details only. We are reaching to Madurai 08/5/2019 at 1.15 PM, after we give complaint to Madurai GRP Station. They also take details and spoke with Jhansi Railway police constable, they said to write a written format complaint sent to Jhansi Railway Police Station. We are given to register a complaint through online. My complaint reference number: W/NR/UMB/[protected] on 7/5/2019 at 14:59:43 sec. Please do take this complaint. Please do anything favour for me sir. Also I attached my online complaint copy and ticket copy, FIR copy and written complaint copy also. But still now they didn't take any action please help me sir
