Bus was booked from noida to lucknow on 12th february 2018. the timing was 9:45 PM from mahamaya flyover and we were told that we would get bus details 24hrs before the bus departure. There was no such message. i reached bus stop by 9 and until 10:30 no one picked up my phone. and once they picked up my phone they told me i have no booking with them. i told them i have a ticket with me but they told me that there is an issue with their server. I would like a full refund of my booking. I have attached the my call log to see how many times i called them and the printout of the ticket with a PNR number. I will file a police complaint and take this case further. This will be taken as harassment.

On 22nd oct'17 i was traveling from lucknow to delhi in bus no. Mh 04 g 8586 through rs yadav travels the bus tyre got burst near ajgain around 00:30 hrs, the bus was not carrying sufficient equipment to change the tyre neither they had the stepney. I and other passengers called at rs yadav office they provided no help and instead asked how many people have died. Afterwards they stopped picking up our phones. I called the police station also but they were of no use, why am i not surprised? I demand stern action against rs yadav agency for their unprofessional, irresponsible, insensitive attitude and for putting passengers life in danger

Guys i[censored] want to loose ur money and make a fool o[censored]rself and waste ur time then u should book a bus ticket from r. S. Yadav travels. Recently i booked bus ticket from lucknow to delhi, through via.com.in and the bus operator was r. S. Yadav travels. I booked online so i got mticket on my cellphone and ticket on my email and i was supposed to report 11pm at the venue and the bus would depart at 11:15pm. Then i received the message that bus will be delayed nd reporting time is 12:15am so i reached the spot around 12am and waited for the bus untill 2am and called up the r. S yadav contact numbers again n again and the person kept on asking me to call after 10 mins. After sometime all the numbers were either busy or switched off. # of this r. S. Yadav travels.
I am planning to go consumer court and sue these people asap.
Its upto u guys to trust these people and loose ur money, time and dignity.

Dear concern,
I am your regular customer and i always travel with r s yadav, yesterday (I. E.[protected] bus driver saleem and its conductor stayed for 2 hrs between 9:15 to 11:15 pm. They stop anywhere for one or two local passengers to earn money. They always cheat and do the same. Driver and conductor always using abusive language to the customer they don't care for the female passenger sitting in the bus. They always cheat on the seat numbers, they mess up the seat numbers. Please don't go with r s yadav.

Sir,
I had payed 3198 rupees for two sleeper seats in rs yadav bus.
And for this money i was assured two sleeper seats with blankets.
But there was no blanket given.
Instead, they were telling me stories, why they can't give me...
I didn't get my own blanket, now i could not sleep well.
Who is responsible for the inconvenience caused.
Please refund a part of my bill, attached, for the journey of 21st oct, otherwise i do feel cheated.

I had booked two seats on 6th july from allahabad to delhi and also a return trip from delhi to allahabad on 7th july. On my way to delhi the ac of the bus stopped working, hence the driver sent us back from fatehpur. Therefore we never reached delhi, hence the return trip from delhi was also not made. I contacted rs yadav customer service of allahabad for refund for both of my journeys and since i travel frequently with rs yadav buses we settled that i would inform them few days back from when i have to travel and they would adjust the money in that journey. The money of my journey from allahabad to delhi was adjusted since i made the trip on 19 july but the return ticket from delhi isn't adjusted yet. I have to make a journey on 17th october, and therefore i contacted the agency in allahabad, they asked me to contact delhi and delhi people are saying to contact in allahabad. Kindly look in to this matter.

Yesterday I booked ticket for my brother with RS travels for 8:45 PM bus from anand vihar terminal.
AT evening i got a call from travellers that stop has been changed and now we have to catch bus from akshardham or mayur vihar extension.
After that bus wasn't available at correct check point.
My brother informed the driver that he has to get down at kanpur- allahabad highway. But driver didn't even informed him and bus moved 100 km away.
After that driver misbehaved also with my brother.
I would like to suggest that if this kind of mismanagement these people are having that i won't be travelling from such pathetic bus travellers.
and i would suggest other people also not to use it.

I booked a ticket from Ajmer to Kanpur but they cancelled the bus without any prior information or even mobile message. They donot show any responsibility towards booked tickets. No proper messaging service. Also they donot provide proper updates about bus timings and ticket status. Also PNR number given was not proper. We wouldnot recommend anyone to use it.
Best option for Ajmer to Kanpur route is SHATABDI TRAVEL Busses.

Hi Team,

I booked a ticket from lucknow to delhi for 14th march. Here are the problems i faced in bus.

The bus no was (0638). It got off at 10 pm.

They were giving random seats to anyone and especiallly to those wo did not book seats.
No Water bottle was given to me it was distributed randomly and i saw the full crate of bottle but it was hidden and when i asked for my water bottle he denied.
He denied but tauntly said "Hamne theka ni le rakkha ye sab kam krne ka ab ni milegi bottle jisko milni thi mil gyi".
I had to buy it from the shop then.
When i boarded the bcus one of the satff who was alotting seats to random people had talked rudely to one of the parents of some person who came to see off his son. He rudely said " Milna julna sab bahar kro and rudely asked ki "chlo utho bahar jao jab mil lena tab ake baithna seat par"

What the Hell is this service u are providing to your customers atleast have a decent staff not these village gawars who do not know how to talk to thier Passengers.

I WILL HAVE TO THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING YOUR BUS BECAUSE OF MY LAST EXPERIENCE.

I booked online ticket from lucknow to delhi but i want to sit in unnao i was telled to the bus contacter that i want to sit in unnao my seat is confirm then he telled okk bus will stop at unnao then u will come and then when bus has commed in unnao then driver was saying there was no seat booked by u i have showned my ticket then i have sit in the driver corner seat my money was waste vry vry bad bus contacter .

I booked a bus from delhi to lucknow the pick up address was from edm mall but at evening i got a call from a number person told me to come to akshardham on enquiring with the number provided on the ticket a person named mukesh rs yadav told me to come to edm mall (Anand vihar)
On reaching the place and bus i was treated very badly and told to go to akshardham metro station
Quite frustrated with the situation could not even do anything had to rush to akshardham no complain numbers no helpline if you don't reach an hour early u might even miss the bus

I booked a seat from delhi to lucknow 28april2016.
I booked a seat online on the left side of the bus opposite to drivers side but i was given a seat on the right side saying this was the seat that was booked by you and single seats are not opened for online customers .
This is not acceptable as i have booked a single seat and would not have booked the seat if it was not a single seat. It is just cheating the customers.
Also the bus arrived 40 minutes late.
This is not the 1st time i have faced a problem.
Before that i have booked a ticket from lucknow to delhi on 26april2016, the bus started 3-4 km away from the scheduled departure point .There was no transport available and then i got an auto which was charging so much .
I was seriously very disappointed both the times. This kind of service is just unacceptable.
I want my refund because i wouldn't have booked the tickets or have booked some other bus if it was not a single seat.

No wifi, no blanket and the bus staff are not in discipline, manner less I am a person from Myanmar ooo god if they be have like this with me so what about the country man and tickets are so costly India is good country but blame by the such fool people and fool government
