RSRTC — Conductor not refunded money

Respected Sir/Madam, It is to bring to your kind notice that one bus conductor has not refunded Rs. 8.00 to me saying that to give him Rs. 2.00. Please find following complains ; Bus No RJ 37 PA 1231 running from Udaipur to Didwana Date - 19..01.2015 (time 10.00 am at Rajsamand) I traveled from Rajsamand to Deogarh the bus fair is Rs. 62.00. I gave Rs. 100.00 and asked him to refund Rs. 38.00. He told that he will refund it after getting change money. When the bus reached Deogarh, the conductor refund only Rs. 30.00 and asked to give Rs. 2.00 otherwise he would not refund Rs. 8.00. As i dont carry Rs 2.00 with me as i dont know the actual fair from Rajsamand to Deogarh. It is to ask that whether it is the responsibility of passenger to give exact amount for travelling RSRTC bus. I would like to request to probe the matter and refund the said amount to me and also inquire the role of that conductor doing such corruptions.
