RSRTC — misbehaviour of conductor & take more fare

Dear sir/madam
I'm travelling from gurgaon to lalchock (Chirawa).
Before 4 km from naurnaul (Haryana) due to road traffic jaam rajasthan roadways bus rj18pa9091 is standing front of local bus of narnaul. We catch the bus rj18pa9091 then the conductor give tickets from 12 km. Back stand and not give for lalchock/gadakhera. Make ticket from ateli stand to chirawa. And misbehaved with passenger in wrong language.

Please take proper action against him.

Semi deluxe bus from Mathura to Jaipur seat are very bad. Seat laydown without pushing conductor not give any response for my complaint. When I complaint this with conductor he told me that if you feel bad cancel your ticket. I can not do any help.
