RSRTC — the bus did not arrived at bus stand to pick up instead passed from outside

Dear concerned,

This is the second time i faced this problem. When i reached bus stand to catch the bus for jaipur from aligarh new bus stand (Masudabad), but i didn't find the bus there. I kept waiting for half hour and then got the information from the enquiry that the bus did not arrive at bus stand (Pick up point) instead it passed from outside the city, without the prior information. This behaviour will not be tolerated and i will take legal action against this if not handled soon.

I am now going from another bus in so much inconvenience. I hope you will take appropriate action to the bus driver and refund my money.
