RTC — rude behaviour of driver

I was travelling from bhimavaram in rtc ultra deluxe bus service number 3235 to kakinada, first the bus started at 6:35 with out reservation chart from bus complex which is not as per their instructions. Then they got call and head back to the bus complex for the passenger chart. Delayed for 25 minutes for that. I just asked the diver for the reason to delay then he started talking about the etc rules that we can't start with out the chart otherwise we stop for 1 hour if necessary in a very rude manner and insulting in front of my co passengers abusively. Really shame on their part. Which should be taken such action that never insult public in public transport. Bus is from bhimavaram to saluru.
