I was traveling from charminar to lakdikapool when i was taking the ticket the conductor asked me to give exact change which is 1rp. Unfortunately i don't have in that moment. Instead of 1/- i have given him 10/- but the conductor very rudely asking me to get down from the bus and im in very hurry to reach office.
And the conductor arguing with me for that very badly and shouting like anything

Is this the way to behave with public that to with a female passenger..?

Kindly take actions or will go to escalation and going to lodge a complaint on the rtc services

    My travel charge was around 150 rs.withdrawing amount in atm nearby, I got a 2000 note.bus was not on time as per online sheduled time.I had to wait for 1 and half hour to get into the bus.after getting in, conductor asked me to get down because she could not give me change for 2000.it is really bad to be in such a situation because of the govt.if you can't provide change, you should provide us other payment optionslike card swiping or paytm or any other payment methods.when atm machine are not providing small currency, its not my fault.why should i face problem?do something.think of it.

      Website: I am complaning about the employes who are working in shapurnagar office

      Sir, the rtc bus pass center near shapurnagar behind rtc bus stop they not doing there respective work properly they were troubling me he was saying that the stamp should come in the middle of the photo . already the stamp was there in bottom of the photo half on the paper when i said you are troubling me the said go and do whatever you want we are not afraid of any body go and give the complain sir plz take necessary action against them i called my father again they were behaving the same my father is an indian air force employ

        On 24/10/2015 I have booked ticket from nandyal to Vijayawada for sv.no:-6388 bus due to less seats availability and I have urgent work I booked a ladies seat and I thought of after going there ...on the day of journey though 3or 4 passengers have not come whice are male seats I asked conductor I won't sit in that ladies seat I will sit in place where the passenger have not come then for that the conductor have used some bad language that I am male and I have wantedly take female seat... It hurt me very much I would hope that you will take necessary action on him and do not repeat it again

          On 1st august 2015 at 10:30 p.m i boarded a bus from kukatpally to miyapur .first of all while i am taking the ticket i toldhim that i need ticket upto bachupally road but he gave me the ticket upto their miyapur x roads after reaching thathe told me that it is the last stop u have to get down. So i asked him i have taken upto bachupally road n y r u letting me get down then he started talking me very worstly he dont have minimum respect to the passengers . U r going on with the same way know sir u can drop me there at hdfc i asked but he had talked with me very rudely.we the girls feel safety in the bus and comfortable but there is no safety for the girl in the rtc bus also . I really felt bad people who are responsible to this will take action or not i dont know why sholud a girl suffer to the rude behaviour of the conductor. I u take action it would be fine r else i never board a bus of rtc in my lifetime . BHAVANI

            I traveled on[protected] morning in a bus from Matrivanam to Balanagar and ticket number is[protected]..the lady bus conductor instead of rood behavior for to me.i give 20 rupees note that note have small hole that way she starting the stupidly talking . i feel very bad because in bus more than 20 passenger their she talking front of them.

              respected sir, I am a resident of chandrayangutta (old city) hyderabad.In our area there are very less buses & due to seven seaters they are not stopping on stop.when we ask them they say buses are very less and if we stop there will be a huge traffic.when we complained the near by traffic police man they are not taking any action they are busy in collecting money from the heavy vehicles.... sir, please take some active measures.Everyday we have to struggle for buses ,everyday i miss my morning 1hr class...please take some active measures..

                I am travelling to Lingampally, AP11Z-5220 ()HCUthe bus number. The bus conductor behaviour was not good.

                Rtc- bus conductor — bus conductor behaved rudely

                dear sir/madam.,
                am vaidehi working women ., today wen i got into bus the conductor was rudely behaving with me and my friend in a arrogant tone and shouting on us ., wen he gave us change he throwed the change down and he pulled my friend wantedly and talking all rubbish ., his details are as follows.,

                Dear ombudsmen,
                Here to say the city bus no.28B (vehicle no: 6033) will not stop to cross ambulence service vehicle108 to crossed on in eluru road near Benz circle nirmala convent road at the time of 2.45 p.m. on today.
                at the time of happen ambulance carries emergency patient to admit in the hospital.
                kindly train necessary teach to proceed like in future to the driver.

                On 31 march 2009 2:48pm, I was driving in my car was dragged down by the rash bus driver at liberty circle signal in basheerbagh. I was stopped at the signal and the bus driver of AP11Z -5231 dragged his bus from beside my standing car ruthlessly. I asked driver his name he did not tell me and more over started running away without any explanation I followed his bus till abids and couldn’t catch him because of traffic he was overly cleaver he told me he will wait till my father come but he just started his bus from liberty bus stand and left for further destination.. ...Your drivers are pathetic in driving, the most funniest thing is I was on a 0 speed and in halt position when your bus driver just had no patience to wait because the car in front of him was taking a U turn he dint have the patience to wait even for a second. I was in the first lane and the bus on the left of me...I was next to the divider where there’s no place to move???? even If I want to...I cannot explain much but to my disgrace i had to spend on the damage of my car done by your bus driver exactly around 26200 rupees the damage done which is completely the mistake of your bus driver. I seriously need an answer and what a handsome I had to pay for all the damage what about that?????? Your drivers are not at all decent or even worth talking his code of conduct to talk with a lady or matter of fact having done a mistake he was not agreeing to any and was screaming like one mad fellow.
                I want to know how much can a lady like pay?? For others mistake and it has happened to me I am sure u have a solution to this i need my money spend and also that driver should realize this is no ethics in them and also no seriousness in following the rules.

                Rtc — Dropdown in wrong destination

                I, Mrs.Rama was travelling in 225 Metro liner at 7.00pm in the evening whose starting point was at Secunderabad and destination as referred in the board was Patancheru via BHEL.
                I was holding an Ordinary pass and board in the bus at Lingampally confirming whether it will go through LIG and I was answered YES twice by both Driver and Conductor.
                I was issued a Rs.5 ticket vide no[protected]
                I was left a BHEL saying that it is the last stop along with 5 other who was also told the same message. we faced a lot of inconvienience.
                When we asked it he repled that he doesn't know as he is a new employee. This was a known mistake.
                Hence I request you to kindly take a severe action against the conductor so that it doesn't get repeated by him in future
                Its true. I am also in the same route.If we give Rs.100.00, they rudely say that they don't have change and get down from the bus. Its not their property to say like that. Its their duty to give change. We cannot carry change always. Some time its happens. They have to take it forward. They can take it after a while, after having enough change with them.

                RTC Department, Please try to teach them, How to behave towards customers.
