Today I have attended Grp 4 Exam, there is no busses with enough seats for students, we all faced such a great rejection from Vellore buses, they are saying that from chittoor to vellore the bus become so empty, thats why we dont allow chittoor people.

Where should we go...?
The government should take such a serieous action on this issue, people are suffering a lottt, kindly take action on this complain.

I have a current failure from 17/07/2022 and after giving so many complaints my problem has not been solved.

From vijayawada to porumamilla
we transport a washing machine and cooler
cooler is safe and washing machine is a full damage
is this transport r u maintaining
they 1490/- and this type of delivery u r delivering, waste cargo rtc we want 1490/- back r pls provide damage service

I was about to travel to Nellore and I got into this bus in naidupet (AP 07Z 0438) .Driver was collecting tickets and I gave him 500rs and I don't even have any change except 500's .he started yelling at me harshly and now here iam got down the bus not tolerating his words.

As we are living in hyd mallapur kurmalguda here there is no bus facility..to move frm one place to another.. please place buses in mallapur area ..which is in balapur next stop area...kindly provide RTC buses in mallapur

To run few more busses between Atmakur to marikal there is short busses between Atmakur to marikal people are pacing problems to travel in autos

Conductor cheats of seat...the bus is travelled from MGBS(hyderabad) to Bhadrachalam (bhadhradri dist) in that 7 seats in the bus are not booked so I am the first one who occupied the seat in the remaining 7 seats but when later who are travelled more then my distance ones are came then the conductor cheated me and drop me out in the bus stand...now I'm not able to go my city please take the action on that cheater

One conductor is their with bald head muslim guy he wantedly pushing his arms to girls breast he wantedly falling on their the bus route is from macherla to narasara rao peta and also another conductor name i dont know i think he is 50 years old from kotappa konda to narasara rao peta morning bus 9:am he wantedly grabbing ladies HAND by taking...

I was going from Nalgonda to Hyderad the driver was drank and stopped the bus many times and smoking in the bus

Driver very very best driving do not touch break in speed breaker this is very very forest and horrible journey

I paid rs.780 from vsp rtc complx to annavaram for four passengers. Driver told that at time of taking tixket it wil be reached 10 am to annavaram and staRted bus 7:18 mins stop the bus NAD junction at

Sir, I have boarded the super bus no. TS 08 Z 0238 super luxury bus from Hanamkonda bus stand to Hyderabad along with my son to attend an important interview. The bus brakes failed at kommu toll gate. The bus started at 7.35 from Hanamkonda and brakes failed within an hour. And we were late to interview. The RTC AUTHORITIES are so irresponsible that they even don't check the condition of super luxury buses, atleast brakes and gears before bringing the bus to bus stage. Now who is responsible for this time bound journey. It is the matter of my son's future. What will you do. Can you compensate my loss? Even ticket fare was not refunded back.

We r just sit the bus the number of bus..AP05 TB-9929 we r paying 150 rupees ...driver communication was gud but bus was not proper cleaning...I have photos about the bus cleaning...it is not worthble to travell...do some thing who ever authorization...

Conducter will be not give a change
But conducter collects one rupee but not give a change suppose ticket 25 he collects 30 he doesn't want give a change

Diver are driving soo fast and not even following traffic rules,
See the picture he crossed the junction while in red light
And one junction at assembly a lorry was stopped when the single was on but but this bus driver didn't stopped and jumped the signal by crossing that heavy lorry, the bus driver should get slow as he can't see the smaller vehicles beside the lorry
Not that driver most of the city bus drivers are driving too fast and rash take immediate action and try to solve this as it belongs to lifes

Driver called me negligence asked are u comming today or tomorrow, i told him, i am going to get bus at nad,

He told, can’t u intimate prior, i told him, ur customer care number is not working waiting at nad bus station

Pls educate him how to talk to customer

I beg to draw your kind attention towards the local bus service on route no. 211DY. The number of buses are limited. The students and office-goers face great difficulty because of their less frequency. I request you to look into the matter and make the service regular and more frequent.

I am a student studying b. Tech. I got into a metro bus 111 with number ap 31 tf 3568. The conductor of the bus didn't issued a pass ticket to me even though i am eligible for it. My bus pass details are id number - mvp-id5470238. This incident occurred on[protected], morning. Please take severe action on the conductor as i was late for my semester examination because of him. This is my sincere request.

Rtc conductor argued to give the change of rs 80/-.. Actual ticket cost is rs 23/-
When i ask for change he argued and made me to get down from the bus... And made driver to move the bus.. And i can't even chase the running bus.. Immediately i raised a complaint to rtc customer care with proofs and they asked to call one of the number
([protected]) i called to that person he asked me to call other person and gave other number and called person also done the same given other person number ([protected]) ([protected][protected][protected])
Received the mentioned numbers and i'm trying to solve my problem.. Finally i got one number by authority people thy told conductor name is gangaraju ([protected])
When trying to call his number its not working.. Then i understood the logic of rtc authority people intention and they can easily escape from the complaints given by public people.. This complaint is raised because not only to fight for 80/-rs of my change this is raised the behavior of conducter /authority how they actually do with the public people..
My sincere note to conductor/authority : dear sir/mam,
People will take rtc bus because of safety, less ticket cost etc... It doesn't mean that you want to cheat on a people as well you have to raise your voice.. If you are following this please change your mindset.. Being educated and doing gvt job what makes you difference with thief.. Theif is robbering the things unknowingly but you gvt people will robb with your authority aswell raising your voice... Please be a citizen don't be a cheaters😠.. That's why still india is developing country..🚥🇮🇳🙏

I request tsrtc that there are no sufficient buses from mancherial to karimnagar via luxettipet most probably after 6pm so please do consider this and work for that and before you consider my complaint u may also take public opinion too. This would in turn increase the revenue of rtc and may also increase employment opportunity's. I wrote this after listening to public opinions so please do consider this request and do work for that jai hindh

Iam an employee hailing from mehdipatnam and working in electricity department. My office is located at erramanzil. So, daily i have to move from mehdipatnam to erramanzil. There is no direct bus mehdipatnam via erramanzil and not even proper bus stop. While returning also we have to get down at hyderabad central during signals otherwise the driver will stop at ameerpet. Due to which not only me but most of the people are facing. Much difficulty during journey. I request tsrtc that please consider this issue and take necessary action.

Conductor fails to gives Rs 5.00 when asked to give back says already given and shouts on top of person voice.Shall a passenger beg is own money.I do not know how much the conduct cheats the passengers everday.I boarded at Mopidevi and toook a ticket worth Rs 25 to Machilipatnam.Depot Bus Belongs to Avanigadda Route No 702 .Originating Station Avanigadda, Desitigniation :MachiLipatnam.Please address this issue

Just asking whether the bus goes to afzalgunj at aram ghar stop and he is just telling dont you study it was written clearly and will you pay amount for shadnagar, i asked him with a doubt as it was local bus and this is how he replied. The time was nearly 8.15pm dated 12/01/2019 and the bus no. Ap 29 z 3253 please make them to be with good behaviour as these people are working for public and getting paid salaries out of peoples money. Make it resolved as soon as possible. Thank you

I was travelling from bhimavaram in rtc ultra deluxe bus service number 3235 to kakinada, first the bus started at 6:35 with out reservation chart from bus complex which is not as per their instructions. Then they got call and head back to the bus complex for the passenger chart. Delayed for 25 minutes for that. I just asked the diver for the reason to delay then he started talking about the etc rules that we can't start with out the chart...

I am travelling from hamirpur to galore in himachal pradesh. And today i completed my visit in a private bus "rtc bus services" they charged me rupees 35 for this ride.. But according to set govt fare scheme. Its 1.5rs per km.. The distance between hamirpur to galore is 19 km... So according to the rule its 30 rupees for this ride. And they charged me rupees 35... So i am requesting u to check this and take a disciplined action.

The driver was soo irresponssible and he was not able to stop the bus at busstop until all the passengers get into the bus. While asking, that why he is moving the bus though passengers are there to get into the bus. He foolishly saying that nothing was happened, right then whats the problem? Is this the way the government drivers behaviour should be? And fgor asking such questions he is asking to shut our mouth.. Who is he to talk like that. Does he have right to talk in that manner. Being in a responssible job, he should be more careful and kind towards passengers. Its not free service bus to behave as he like. We buy ticket, give councelling to your rtc drivers regularily. Ask them to respect everyone. He is just feeling as he was giving free service.

Sir, l am complaining about books. Sir hamere country may har sal new section may new book lae jate hai orr ush kay liye bhut trees cut hote hai ise say better yeah hota ki section kay starting may bachoo ko book di jate or section khatam hone kay baad fir bahi books junior ko dee jate too ushe partent kay paise bachti or trees nhi cut hote or india ka economy strong jiya

Today when my grand father and grand mother whose age is around 80 & 65 year was boarding into the apsrtc bus with number is ap29z 2650 at 11:00am and enquiring on senior citizen seat conductor behaved rudely by saying that there are no such seats in entire rtc and made them to de-board from the bus. Is this the was that he should behave with aged persons. Hence requesting you to take necessary action on concern conductor.
