Rto India — about bike

Sir i didn't get my number plate and r c card yet. I have registered for my splendor + new bike on 27 may 19. It is already 3 months gone. My registration no. Ga06y 3874. Agency have got a yellow no. Plate for bike which was not standard for bike so they delivered back and file online complaint to rto panjim but the matter is taking too much time to resolve. Sir plss look into the matter as urgent possible.

I will pass driving test proper but approve DL licence 26 July but smart card printing pending 2 week gone approve licence so please application number Krishna Jiledar Pathak

My dl is approved having no up85 [protected], but such item is not printed and show under process, pls tell how much time taken in delevering my printed licence, it is aprrove ondate july 4, 2019
