I applied for renewal of learner's license on 29th August 2021, i completed all the necessary documentation and payment yet there is not information regarding the renewal, such pathetic services are being offered. I am in +2 and I am in other state now and it is really hard for me to visit RTO again and again . My application no.- [protected] . i really hope you guys look into it and get my issue resolved on the earliest.. please

I applied for learner's License Through the website for the age group 16-18. I did the process, submitted all documents, paid the fees, etc. After all this, it showed the error as shown in the photo. So, I went to the nearest RTO office For document verification. But they said Learner's License is not allowed for 16-18 age group. The website clearly let me apply specifically for 16-18 age group. How is this possible?
Please resolve this issue.

I have given to change the name in my Registration book on 05/08/2021 and earlier I have given application on 19/04/2020. My car Zen estilo no GJ01HN4233 is in the name Shaikh Javed instead of Chandrakant S Majmudar. Chasis no and engine no.also differ. Only Car no is correct.

I have issued for the Learner License (MCWG, LMV) and it's been 2 days. I have paid the fees and received the acknowledgement slip as well. But the issue is still can't finish my LL test online as face authentication keeps processing and I keep sitting in front of the camera for 20 to 25 minutes like a mannequin without any movement, but it cannot authenticate....

Sir, i have submitted my learner licence application form online on 10 october to dto dhemaji assam and also i have passed my learner test but not received my learner licence and its showing processing under rto office .my application number is [protected].

@PuneCityTraffic today this tempo driver hit my scooter and started abusing. I was alone, this driver dint even came to help for lifting the vehicle. He did had space backside. But he had hitted my vehicle. Need strict action as i am very new this place.

I had applied for printing of DL in SMART card as I was holding an old format issued in the year 2002.
The house no was missing in the address. So the same was added & application was submitted on 3rd May'21 at DTO KAMRUP (M) GUWAHATI ASSAM. After 162 days the application status is "PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )".
Request to please help.

RTO Wazirpur is not dispatching RC for my car DL8CBB9922 chesisi no. MA3EWB22SMC702979 even after 5-6 month. I have tried various methods like digilocker and m parivahan but it shows no details found. And there no valid contact number for the RTO. Like me many people are suffering specially with this RTO. so please help...

My Driving Licence has got dispatched by speed post on 14.07.2021. Today is 10th October but still I have not received it . Even though it is dispatched there is no speed post tracker Number. I went to my local speed post office but they were unable to give any information about my Driving Licence.
Please help me in getting my Driving Licence and speed post tracker number.

I hv applied for learning license at RTO Ballia u.p. kindly resolve this issue on urgent basis.

The below person has submitted fake credentials and has obtained DL. The address mentioned does not exist. I request RTO to investigate and take strict action against the person.

This person had caused accident to a vehicle. Since the person was absconding without settlement of the issue, we had visited the address mentioned in the DL and the address does not exist. Also, we had written a postal letter which too returned back to us saying the address didn't exist. I request the concerned to take strict action against this person and many such accounts. I request to cancel the DL and prohibit them from driving any vehicle in the best interest and safety of the public.

The date of birth in my driving licence is wrong the correct date of birth is 24th June, 1994 but I cannot find any option online to correct the same and people are informing that it cannot be corrected ... Need immediate help in this matter... Today in digital world everything can be corrected so why not date of birth in DL ... I have also submitted Aadhar for the same even after that wrong date of birth was printed... Please look in it and help me get the necessary corrections done asap. My DL number is BR06 [protected]

I have purchased my Honda Activa 125 bike on 9th July 2018. I waited for my RC book for a couple of months after that but still, I have not got a single msg or RC from the post. Then I started to investigate the matter. I visited the RTO office Moshi. They gave me doct number EA[protected]IN and said me to visit the chinchwad post office. When I visited to post office and submitted my application for RC enquiry. I submitted my application on 9/9/2019. They haven't done anything on that. Later pandemic started and I stuck in my hometown. When I return to Pune and started to see progress. Chinchwad post said that they didn't have the returned RC with them. The representative suggested I apply for duplicate RC. If even I haven't got my original one why I should apply for duplicate RC. He sent me to the local post office of Moshi goan. When I visited the postman, he refuse to check the record for 2018 and he also suggested I apply for duplicate RC. This is a holy crap system of government and RTO. Please I beg that give me my RC book. I am attaching my application to post along with vehicle documents and tax receipts. please help me.
