I cannot apply LL test due to maximum number of authentication reached

I applied for learner licence on 9th sep but still i did not get any update... It is stuck at the stage of APPROVAL OF LICENSE BY LICENCING AUTHORITY.. please resolve this issue as early u can.. Thank.

My application is under processing at RTO level for many days. It show counter scrunity-15. Please guide me sir, what should I do for getting my DL.

Dear respected authority i paid one tax amount on 27th sept-2021 first time it was declined but in 2nd time its done and also generate receipt copy but its not showing on vahan portal kindly please check and update the status and resolve the issue traffic police are not except my paper

I applied for LL with the new contactless verification launched in Maharashtra(the data is directly taken from Aadhaar). Guardian's name which is CORRECT IN THE AADHAAR was taken wrongly (incomplete- just last 2 letters of the name were taken) and I was not allowed to edit it in the online application.
I visited RTO Pune, I was told we cannot do anything, fill the LL Edit form online. I did the same in August. It is still pending,...

APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL is pending for long period

I have applied for LMV Driving Licence on dt.[protected]and my application number is [protected], it has been approved by all the respective departments and now awaiting for printing stage for one month, from[protected] there is no update on the same.

So please do printing fast and update it as fast as possible. Please pay your valuable attention to my request.

My application number [protected] I am struggling from last 2 months to get a learner license, The DTO himself never visit at office whenever i went to process my application. The official usually keep saying DTO is not available today so come another day and the official themselves dont know when the officer will be available, today 30th sep2021 finally the officer is available however their internet is not working, this is how they are wasting time of people by seating in a AC ROOM. It looks like without third party broker they will never process any application. It is really frustrating now how a govt office working to serve common people. This complaint i am raising on base of personal experiences with ASSAM DHUBRI DTO. Now i dont know how effective will be my complaint but i am raising this to notify how the syatem working

Paid Rs 1100. But could not access the Learners License Test. Raja Garden RTO, Mr Negi and staff extremely rude, unapproachable.

Sir i have completed up all the stages including the fees from my side and everything in the sarathi website is showing completed but at the last stage that is the dispatch of the dl and invr badge the counter is showing allotment information unavailable and the dispatch stage is pending from rto side. I have applied for license renewal of my mother through contact less service on 10 Sep 2021. The application ID is [protected]. I have made the payment and provided all the documents. In her previous license which has expired her full name was not mentioned on the smart card. My mother's full name is SAVITRI SHARMA and only SAVITRI was mentioned. This time while applying for license renewal I applied for name change. I was asked aadhar card as the proof and I submitted that. The next time I was asked for aadhar and pan card as proof I submitted that too. After that I was asked for aadhar card both sides and pan card self attested proof and I provided that too. Now I have been asked to provide name change affidavit and marriage certificate along with aadhar card. Her name is not changed. I just wanted her full name to be included on the smart card. As far as marriage certificate is concerned my parents got married in 1987. I don't think many people got their marriage certificates made during 80s. I request you to please stop this mockery which is happening. I am a serving officer in the Indian Army posted in Kashmir region in remote location and my mother is a senior citizen 65 years old.

I had purchased a 12-wheeler commercial vehicle for business purposes in the year 2017 which I am the 3rd owner of the vehicle- Vehicle Reg No. is KA19AA9085, it has come to my notice that the vehicle has a case registered against it during the year 08/05/2015 and the case has been registered on 13 May 2021 (i.e. after 6 years ).

Due to the inefficiencies of the RTO. I am facing difficulties in payment of the Tax and other other necessary documents in the RTO Mangalore. So to close the matter as no one was helping me I payed the whole amount of total Rs 8900 to RTO Nelamangala which has be payed by the first owner of the vehicle as he was the culprit and to not cause me any further inconveniences. I request RTO Nelamangala to refund the amount back to me as It is unlawful and not just.

I have purchased the vehicle in good faith. Why RTO has to take 7 years to file an FIR against the first owner. I have written mails and registered complaints in several government websites and also written to the to the honourable Prime Minister and Transport Mnister and other RTO Government Officals.

Why should I be penalised for inefficiancy/ defiancy of the RTO Nelamangala, Bangalore District?

I have applied for address change in DL on 7th September and completed all the process online but still the status is pending from RTO level. Please look into this as I need this in urgent.

Applied for contactless learning license at Dholpur, Rajasthan. Application is stuck at Scrutiny- Verification of Documents' stage since 2 weeks

I’m from Bareilly Uttar Pradesh. When I apply for my tank truck fitness renewal prior to the 45 days of expiring of fitness then site shows that you can apply for fitness within 45 days of expiry. I apply for my tank truck fitness on 45 days then show you can apply within 45 days then I apply for fitness on 44 days prior to the expiring date then show no available slot then I try on 43 days prior then also show not available slot, I apply 42 prior then also same thing show slot not available. So how Can I apply. This problem show with all my vehicle and other people vehicles of Bareilly . I can’t understand what the RTO office bareilly officers doing. They open the fitness slot after taking the bribe. If you pay only then you can take a fitness date from RTO office Bareilly otherwise your fitness will expire but you can renew it. In other RTO office o[censored]ttar pradesh you can apply for fitness renewal on the same day of fitness expiring or a day before the fitness expiring all slots will available but In bareilly uttar pradesh you can only apply within 45 days of expiring fitness But still you will not get slot available. In other cities o[censored]ttar pradesh and other states you can apply same day of expiring you get slot available.

I have passed the DL test on 21th Sept, 2021 but still status is showing pending .

Could you please take further action on this.

As of now (i.e. 29th Sept, 2021) I still did not get any Driving Licence Number.

Respected sir,
my father mr.bhagchand nahar owns four wheeler vehicle maruti 800,
registration number - mh-08 c-7820, model date - 14 september2006.we have manual registration certificate of this vehicle.now we want to sale this vehicle but because of incorrect online details about this vehicle we are not able to sale this vehicle.
I request you to get correct online details with rto office so that we can sell this...

I just apply to book a learning license test slot but the website show me the services are not available for this RTO please configure this problem and solve it
