Error message ''given mobile number is already used for more than 3 applications So LL appointment is not available for this

Respected sir, l want to refund my money as i have submitted many application on one number and i forgotted all the those application number which got registered with my number and due to which I am unable to get LL slot.As it is showing with error message ''given mobile number is already used for more than 3 applications So LL appointment is not available for this application number''. Kindly help me in this case.please help me in refund...

I WANT TO COMPLAIN INDORE RTO OFFICERS . WE HAVE TRANSPORT COMPANY .THE COMPANY NAME IS SHREE KRISHNA TRAILER SERVICE. FOR VEHICLE FITNESS & PERMIT I GO INDORE RTO .
There is a slip deduct of 1000 for vehicle fitness in Indore Rto .but the officer take money from me is 5000 .So I want to know that the rest of the amount

      I Avinash Sawant, Resident of Kandivali, Mumbai (400067) . I purchased my Bike which has registration date of 27th Nov 2020. Its been 11 Months, I have not received my RC book till today .
      Why so much delay is happening in providing the RC book ?

      Bike Number - MH -47 - AX - 0306
      Dealer - Kuldeep Yamaha Showroom (Saibaba Nagar, Borivali Branch)

      There is no informative mail from RTO.
      Dealer is saying that he has completed his formality but RC book is pending from RTO.

      Request to kindly look into this matter and help asap with RC book.

            I gave my MCWG DL test on 3rd September 2021 and passed. It's been close to two weeks and still I haven't gotten any update or information regarding my DL. My LL is going to expire soon and I have no information regarding my DL application status as it shows approval for DL on the website. Hope my issue gets resolved soon. I don't understand the delay in these kinds of important works.

                At brahmand swastik park gate, near ganpati mandir, auto rickshaw stand is der.in morning pick hours many drivers denide to go nearest place.They want long route customers.it is very hectic at morning times to us, cause of this we missed our company bus.

                    Maximum attempts of face authentication has been crossed

                    Hello, I applied for the learner's license on 13th September 2021
                    But the server was down so I couldn't complete my LL test online.
                    when I tried to do face authentication again it showed 'maximum number of face authentication attempts has been crossed, kindly contact the RTO. when I visited the RTO office, AMINGAON. There was no one to help me not even a single officer. i am traveling abroad very soon and i need my license...

                              Mr. Officer, Travels has been parked in front of my own shop for the last two years. Allow me to remove the travels from the front of my shop so that the trouble I am having does not happen. Travels number is MH 12 DG-3539. I am sending you a picture of that travels.                                 I have completed my payment and test for LL on 28-8-21.
                                My application is showing to be stucked at RTO level . Due to this issue i sent [protected]@gov.in two mails in a difference of 7 days but not got any answer . And the most irritating part is that i have been calling them for 15 days at the no. provided on website i.e.[protected] . They never ever pick up the call . I request you to please look at this matter as soon as possible.
