I have got my DL test done on 10th august and my DL approval is still pending
They have done nothing

I had my driving license test in Durgapur RTO (WB39), West Bengal on 23/08/2021. And although the test checklist says I can slow down the bike during the course according to traffic conditions, I have been granted a fail grade because I slowed down 2 times during the course.
Where does it say I can not slow down during the course, I never braked the two-wheeler vehicle to a standstill and my foot never touched the ground.
Is this because I refused to pay any bribe and completed the whole process legally?

Dear Sir/ma'am I am writing this to bring to your notice that one of the staff, who sits in the chamber of RTO to approve documents behaves as a hooligan (please verify independently).His behaviour towards the innocent citizens are unbecoming of an employee of a reputed organization like RTO.While the rest of the staff members are friendly the same cannot be said of him, it feels as if we are a criminal.Also I would like to bring to your notice that while the receipt for smart card printing and postal charge shows 168 rupee, the person behind the desk is charging 200 rupee in cash from all the consumers.

I applied for driving license on[protected]at RTO junagadh ( GJ 11) and completed fees payment on[protected]. My application num is [protected]. It is showing face less document verification still pending at faceless counter.

Kindly approve my verification request, so i can proceed ahead.

Hi sir,

I have applied for LL and passed the test on 19th August, but I did not got my LL yet. In LL status it is showing "Application is under processing at RTO level". Please rectify the problem as soon as possible.

Learning license payment failure, transaction successful but payment status is payment failure

I was trying book LL test slot from 8th march 2021 but due to covid second wave they suspended the LL/DL test procedure. Again with the order of the Odisha State Transport Authority the LL test resumed from 11th august 2021. Now I have been trying to book LL test slot at 7AM morning the time hour for LL slot booking as stated by Odisha State Transport Authority (STA) said on Friday.I have try to book at exactly 7AM, 7.01AM, 7.02AM, 7.03AM respectively but a message showing next 7 days all the slots are booked daily.So I in person went to RTO sambalpur office and explained the same but they did not listin to me and told me to book online at 7AM. I personally called RTO officer of Sambalpur(Pramod Kumar Sahoo, mob- [protected]) and tells the problem about all slot already filled for next seven days message coming while booking slot. I requested him to do something about slot booking problem but he just ignored me. I have attached the proof of booking slot exactly at slot booking timing 7AM.
There for I am requesting you sir/maam please take severe action on this case and try to solve my problem. Its been 5 month i have been trying for LLslot booking. RTO sambalpur not giving slot and there is somthing illegal going on in slot bboking by them. Please find those who involved and solve my problem as soon as possible, so that many more like me will able give LL test.

Iam in Dubai, Due to pandemic, iam unable to come India for past 2 years.
My driving Licence has expired in 4/05/2019.
I checked with local driving institute in Pune. They said that since it’s expired license cannot be renewed. They also said I have to apply for new license., fill forms, give test etc etc.

I don’t know what to do now, I am in Dubai right now .
Please i request you to kindly renew my driving license as special case, I am also ready to pay necessary fine appilicable.

Hi,
It's Been more than a month since i passed my driving test but my driving licence application is still under process at the admin level at the RTO. I don't know why these guys are so lazy to do their work for which they are getting paid.
This is the worst service i have ever seen till now.
I want you guys to please help me in getting my Driving Licence As Soon As Possible.

On 4th August'21,
I applied for driving license for two-wheeler(with gear) and four-wheeler on the RTO website. After applying, it was showing that "verification will be done ONLINE. NO NEED TO VISIT RTO OFFICE". It's been more than 20 days and my driving license hasn't been approved till now.

Please help me.

From past 3 months I am trying to book driving licence slot in RTO gaya, BR02.

But here RTO is not letting book the slot. After confirming slot the page lands to blank page and not let me book slot.

When I am booking slot already 80x people have filled it.. How?
They are promoting agents to book but not common people.

Need immediate help else my Learner License will expire.

My name is Chandil. I am having a Suzuki Access vehicle whose number is KA02 KE 5624.
On my name i can see there is 1fine for 500rs registered.. when i login to portal and see that fine belongs for a Honda Dio with same number.
So here in my case he is breaking rules and fines are being registered on my name.
Requesting to check on priority and confirm.

मेरा नाम विनोद है मेरा गाड़ी का नम्बर OD14J6303 Honda city car है। मेरे गाड़ी पर रौरकेला ओड़िसा पुलिश दुआरा किसी दुसरे के बाइक का e चालान कर दिया है जिसका बाइक का नम्बर OR14J6303 है जो कि मेरा नही है । जिस पर की हेलमेट ना होने का 1000, dl का 5000, एवं rc का 5000 total 11000 का चालान दिनाँक[protected] को मेरे कार के नम्बर पर भेज दिया है जबकि चालान किसी दूसरे ब्यक्ति के बाइक का होना है जिसका चालान न है OR[protected] है क्या करूँ।

मेरा नाम विनोद है, मेरा गाड़ी no OD14J6303 है जो की एक कार Honda city है। राउरकेला ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने गलती से बाइक के वाहन क्रमांक OR14J6303 पर चालान करने के बजाय मेरे गाड़ी पर चालान कर दिया है ।जिस पर हेलमेट ना पहनने का 1000, बिना ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस का 5000, एवं बिना RC का 5000 टोटल 11000/ का fine मेरे गाड़ी पर शो हो रहा है। जबकि मैं 2018 के बाद कभी ओडिसा नही गया हूँ, एवं चालान पर फ़ोटो मोटरसाइकिल की है एवम नम्बर प्लेट पर OR14J6303 लिखा है और चालान होता है OD14J6303 पर जो कि चार पहिया वाहन है। जिसका चालान no OR[protected] है।

I have purchased Hyundai Venue car for personal use recently. I have made 100% payment on 12th April, and received the delivery of the car on 5th June. I have not yet received the RC book- digital or physical. As per the Vahan.Parivahan website, the dealer registration is done as of 6th May. The RC application is pending with Mr. Raju Suryabhanji Gotmare since 6th May. However, there is no progress since more than 3 months....

Sir i have purchased a bike in dec 2020 from kishori royal Enfield agency, Khanna, punjab. But still i didn't get registration certificate of bike. My application No of RC is PB[protected] . Please sir solve my issue. I will be thankful for your help.

Iam 3 rd owner of this bike UP15AE0627 the bike is on my name register in haldwani uttrakhand . My PUC certificate is expired when i went there for New PUC certificate the system showed “vehicle is registered in more than one rto please contact rto authorities “ kindly solve this problem
