I have bought vehicle in month of feb 2021 for which till date that till 09.09.21 I have not received RC BOOK. For which already I have talk to MR. Parekh who is rto of borivali mumbai.. were he said in month of August that within one month u will get your book at register address. Now he is saying that it will take more time as they are overburden with work load..
The question is that from Feb to month of September the covid problem is been faced by only rto staff.
All departments are working if it is even overburden then also there is time limit more than 6 mth RC BOOK is received...n no proper feedback from office.

I am nishant ranjan. I want to state that i have purchased a two wheeler in chennai 11 months back. Now i moved to Bangalore and applied for NOC from chennai rto north west. But they are only delaying by giving n no. Of reasons each day. First of all they do not work after 2pm. And when i went in the morning 10 am PA TO RTO wasn't there. He didn't showed up even till 12 pm. And before one day when i was at RTO at around 2.30pm i was told that after this will be done till 2 pm only we have to come on other day. Somehow i submitted my documents for processing and now they called me after 3 days. Now when i reached to 3rd day they are gave very lame excuse that register is gone for binding so you have to come now on Saturday. I mean how pathetic is this. From past 10 days i am running towards RTO. Loosing my money on daily basis my Loss of pay. Who will compensate that??
Kindly do the needful ASAP.

In traffic challan app it is showing that my vehicle has cases on it but in the digital picture there is a different vehicle (pulsar)and a different colour activa this cases are not done by me please take a sevior action aon this

I already have my two Wheeler driving license.. With that I have applied for LMV learner license and there was no option for slot booking or giving any xm.. When I reached the Rto office, the officials asked me to give xm.. He did not received my application.. I have already my payment receipt..

i was visited RTO Mehsana on 04/09/2021 but as per them due to some technical problem they unable to conduct test.

track was not working from 02/09/2021 but no intimation in Mail/SMS not received.

i was gone 35 KM for test and come back without test.

My Humble request to you to send any SMS or Mail for any technical problem. So we can Plan our work accordingly.

I passed my driver license test yesterday at the RTO of dwarka sector 22 Delhi, but I haven't received any message yet.

I am initially applied for four wheeler learning license on 19.11.2020. and completed this application (Application No.: [protected]) on 12.08.2021 at final stage with fees payment.
In between also applied for Address and Name change. Name and Address was change.
Now today is 08.09.2021 but still Application (Application No.: [protected]) in under processing at RTO Level.
Need to know how many days taken by RTO to Approve Learning License application ??
Note : In new Application Name and Address showing old and i am unable to change it due to partially applied on 19.11.2020 before Name and address change.

I have given the DL test in Kasturi Nagar RTO bangalore and passed, it got approved on 30 march 2021, but still it is not delivered at my address .

Website shows that “ dispatch of DL and psv badge “ is pending ( since 5 months ) .

No response from RTO ..

But till the date its shows status pending for

registered on 2017.
I received a notice from RTO for without helmet fines around 4900 rupees and When I crossed check the image from website I found different two vehicles with same number plate. (Activa: white & XL super Luna). Can same number be allotted to 3 different vehicles? I have my vehicle documents with me. Request you to please check attached snapshots of other vehicles and take immediate action on it.

I approach to Mr. Sanjay Nagpal ( Company Name - A-One Passport Services / Sanish Enterprise) having mobile no. [protected] through sulekha.com ​and provided him original RC of first owner along with other documents on 27th March 2021.
For my Car Number DL5CK3895

Since last 5 months he regularly making false statement like he is out of town, Government holiday. there is some hold due to signature mismatch from RTO. he has taken 4800 thousand rupees from me for this work Paytm +Google pay.

Later I asked him to return my NOC, Sale letter but he has not returned inspite of multiple calls and reminders.


Now the situation is got confirmation from RTO Loni that documents not submitted at RTO and he is not picking up my calls & WhatsApp.

Once i asked him for money and documents back he started talking like ''Tu'' ''Khud kar le'' don't disturb me type language.

Now i want my documents back as without original RC can't do RC transfer also from whom i can do the complaint to black list him from every RTO office in DELHI NCR. So that no one else will be victim like me.

​After this incident i got to know that sulekha.com
​is worst platform for such fraud peoples.

He is no more reachable on his mobile no.[[protected] ].

I tried to track him on internet and found he is registered with multiple company names like Sanish Enterprises, Isha Enterprises, A-One Passport. As per his visiting card his company name is A-One Passport whereas he had informed me his paytm is registered as Sanish Enterprises. Website of Isha Enterprises shows same visiting card he had given to me.

I am very much worried as without Original NOC, Sale letter I won't be able to use my vehicle and probably RTO at Loni Delhi won't accept any requests without original copies of NOC, Sale Letter.

I am also afraid if he misuses original documents of my car .He isnot returning my original documents is giving me serious mental agony.

Kindly take appropriate action against this RTO Agent and help me in getting original documents of my vehicle.

I am chethan BR and my application number us [protected] and I recently apply my driving licence and I all cleared my stages but it's flowing Allotment Information Unavailable past 10 day pleases make some need full action because I payed 2000 fins.

Driving licence test was given on 1septmber 2021 and till today after 6 days driving licence number is not generated on sarathi application .

I have bought a new car in the month of Jul 2021. And my car has been registered on 16th July 2021. The dealer has completed all the process of the registration also I have got the registration number on the same day. But RTO - Pune (Maharashtra) has not dispatched my RC yet.

On the payments page for learners' license, I entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.200. Selected "SBI" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

Now every time I try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
"application is verifying with the bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. On the Verification page, it shows that I don't have access to this page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time I get the same message.

Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible. I've raised the complaint couple of times at the portal but no response was received from the RTO.

I applied online two wheeler Learning License MH 25 RTO Osmanabad on 20 July 2021 and same day I was passed test online.My application no. [protected].

But still I have not got license.

RTO Osmanabad is not replying any mails and there is not any landline no working.

In india legal age for driving should be 16 like the United States . 16 year olds are matured enough to drive a car and government should take a driving test of everyone but the rto is so corrupted that they just take extra money for having people skil the tes

Main bahut pareshan ho gaya tha kiyonki main aaj hee aaya tha kolkata se woh bhi sirf learner test ke liye
Main office se bahar aakar puchhne laga logo se to ek cyber cafe wala bola mujhe kiya problem hai mine apna issue bataya unhe to unhone kaha ki main Dr ka muhar lagwa dunga to main bola thik hai
Kiyonki sir main sirf essi exam ke liye aaya tha muhar ke badle mujhe 200 dena pada yeh to khair ho gaya

Lekin sir jo aur log aaye huye the unke paas aisa koi certificate ya muhar nahi aur mujhe thodi na pata ki ye zaroori bhi hai

Jab main learner ka exam deke aaya to main pariwahn help me call karke puchha ki leraner ka time kaunsa document le jana hota hai
To woh bataye ko online kiye ho woh sab aur adhar pan blood group
Phir main puchha Dr ka medical to woh bole jinaka age 40+ hota hai uska woh certificate lagta hai to main bola mujhse bhi Dr ka certificate manga gaya tha to woh bole aisa kuchh nahi

Aaplog hee batayie main khud apna online licence ke liye apply apna slot book kiya exam diya sab apni badolat phir aaplog ke govt employee mere saath galat kiya
Mujhe to thodi der baad realized hua ki woh Dr ka muhar to ek bahana tha woh indirectly rishwat mang rhe the mujhse
Unke waja se mera 200 ka nuqsaan ho gaya ek muhar ke liye jo ki zaroori bhi nahi tha

Main experience bataya hun aajka DTO office me jo kaam karte hain aur wahan aaspaas jo cyber dukan sab mile huye hain woh log pisa ziyada lekr sabka licence bnwate hain woh bhi bina trial ka
Woh to acha hai ki exam online ho jata hai nahi to usme bhi yeh log dhandli karte

I booked my DL slot for 23 Aug 2021 but that day Uttar Pradesh was closed due to Ex. CM Kalyan Singh's death. and my next slot not given by automatic transfer.

Now, I'm trying to book my slot for driving license test again by myself. But when proceed to select a slot "Slots are not available for next number of days". My Learner License is about to expire on 30th September 2021.Only 25 days left from today.
