I have my Driver's license of MCWOG...so I applied for Learning license of MCWG and LMV.. I got my learning license but on the sarthi parivahan website it shows my learning license request is still pending.. pls resolve my issue.. And one more thing .. I also passed my driving test of MCWG...

I gave Permanent Driving Licence Test i.e on 18/06/2020. I successfully passed the exam and officer took my learning licence along with DL forms. But till now on sarthi. NIC it is showing pending test result though i have already passed the test. Please let me know the fault and update the result please. RTO Prayagraj Appl no.: [protected].

I completed my entire application for the online LL test and also watched and confirmed the tutorial provided but when I am entering my application number, DOB. and captcha for the LL test (STALL), an error is showing that "client is not registered with RTO" Please resolve the issue asap....

My Driving License has got dispatced by speed post on 25 March 2021 . Today but still i have not received it . Even if when i track my consignment details on speed post website, then it says "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND " . My speed post tracking ID is JA[protected]IN I went to my local speed post office and DTO but they were unable to give any information about my Driving Licence .
Please help me in getting my Driving Licence .

My application number is [protected]. I have applied for renewal of DL on 25 May 2021. I have completed the all formalities. I want to know the status of my application.

I am trying customer care number to know my status so many times but nobody response. kindly look into the matter urgently and response to me accordingly.

I applied for renewal of my driving licence on[protected]and paid the full fee Ru 1450, online. My application was accepted . My application number is [protected].My driving test was scheduled at RTO Extension Counter Office, Varanasi on[protected] between 15.00 - 17.00. I reported at RTO Extension Counter Varanasi on scheduled date and time. There was a person named Mr Pramod who checked my documents and told me that your address has not been filled properly in the application. He told me that you have not mentioned landmarks. In spite of telling him repeatedly that my application has been accepted online, he was not willing to listen. He made me to sit there and kept telling me that we are trying to rectify the address. I was made to sit there for more than 2 hours and finally he told me that your Driving licence cannot be renewed as your address has not been filled properly. I was harrased for more than 2 hours by RTO Extension Counter staff Varanasi and finally denied renewal of my Driving Licence. I am a Retired Army Officer, and a senior citizen.
It was really a shocking and painful
experience. In spite of filling the application online, paying the required fee and reporting to RTO Extension Counter Office Varanasi on scheduled date and time, I was denied renewal of my Driving license, mind you, they did not conduct any driving test. It seems that RTO Extension Counter Office is center of corruption where agents are moving around freely and no work is done without satisfying their demands. This is a very serious matter. You are requested to look into the functioning of RTO Extension Counter Office Varanasi and ask them as to why I was denied renewal of my Driving license. Also do let me know as to how I can get back the fee of Ru 1450.

About a month ago, I was to appear for my driving test at Ahmedabad RTO. All my fees payments were clear and I managed to successfully book a slot. But the RTO refused me to appear for the test, telling me that my application had some technical errors. They assured me that it will get resolved within 10 days but today a month has been passed. They are not responding to my queries anymore. All my money will get wasted if this issue will not get resolved. My learner license will be expired after a month and I have go through the procedure again.

I applied for DL in March 2021 and paid the fee. And still I haven't got my Learning licence. People who applied after me got their LL. Whenever I call them they lied and used to say that we are doing your work. Please sir help me i really need DL
