Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that I had applied for driving learner License on 13th mar 2021 and booked a slot for 28th April 2021 for my LL TEST, the slot was available for the month of April 2021, so I booked it. But when on the date of 28 April 2021 I needed to visit RTO for documents verification, but due to lockdown in Delhi I was unable to go at RTO. It is near to two month now, its showing "Application is under processing at RTO Level. SCRUTINY - (Document Verification) : FACELESS5SCR
All Document Uploaded online. But now I am unable to get it done neither make a fresh appointment nor received any LL
The RTO website shows “ Click here for Learner Licence Test.” But when I have clicked it is showing “Application is not at LLTest stage”

Please help me get my learner License. I would be very thankful to you for any help.

My driving Licence has been dispatched through speed post by RTO since one week, but still not received..i don't think it takes more than one week to deliver a speed post.The tracking number is there, but when we track the number through indiapost online website, it shows no consignment found. I don't know whether it is the problem of RTO, or it is problem of india Post

I complain [protected] this number.
This is fake number and this person worried me. Please action this person.

The RTO vasant vihar pin no 110057 is not accepting online/offline learner driving license request you to help as I am waiting for the same since lockdown

My name is simranjeet Singh application number is [protected]and DOB 16/01/2002 even i gave my test in march month but still in application status showing its under RTO. I need it urgent because I'm going to abroad i want my driving yo be made. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

hi sir my payment was failed on pariwahan sarthi.com and they said payment was failed from the bank or RTO..i already contacted thr bank but they suggested to contact RTO or bank.. please check and initiate my refund.

Respected Sir/Madam, I had purchased a new car on 08 Apr 2021, due to covid 19 pandemic and crisis in the second wave and due to lockdown done by UP goverment, RTO kanpur has charged 6900 rs as fine as my registration was delayed I am serving in Indian Armed Forces, is this fine is justified because the lockdown was initiated by state government not by me, kindly look in the matter

I applied for DL in January 2021 from Punjab and completed my Driving License tests on 7th April 2021. I passed all the tests at RTA Jalandhar where I was told, I will receive a message within 2-3 working days and also my DL within 1 month. But it’s more than 2 months, I haven’t received either a message from your side or my DL. Whenever I track my application status on sarathi website, it shows approval of DL is pending and it’s same from last 2 months. I visited RTO office but they have no detail about further actions.
I don’t know what’s wrong but it is creating me so much inconvenience as my Learning License is also expire.

I had submitted the online application along with required fee on 03/05/2021. But till now the application status is "Scrutiny- Document Verification" at RTO Level. Counter assigned is Mr. Rajesh.
As per website instructions "This is faceless/contactless application, no need to visit RTO / MLO office."

M living in punjab and purchased a car from delhi car Rc valid upto 2020 because car model 2005 but i have filled all the fees to renew my Rc and update new owner name and tax as well
In RTO sangrur. And after long time my RC is transferred successfully and tax updated successfully but my car life mean to say car fitness never have updated even i have a hard copy of new fitness upto 2026 mean to say it will be print on new Rc but our RTO officers never update my fitness on my RC but i have alrdy filled all fees and have hard copy of fitness certificate upto 2026 and officer clark mr jagtar singh misbehaved my about my problem he demanding money to do my work and when i said i have alrdy filled my fees then why i pay again then he asked to me even u come again and again i wll nvr do your work even come daily upto a year. I ANWAR MYSEL[censored]SED CAR DEALER...due to the unexpected lockdown I lost many privet cars TAX which has been issue of NOC to other states at motor r vehicle department...its huge amount as far as I am concerned to renew the tax and issue the NOC...for two years we have been facing low scale market issues in the last 2020 lockdown also we met same issues we survived from that now it’s same issue 2021 ...pls consider for those file in already submission issue of NOC ...hope I will get relax reply from the authority...thank you

My driving license applicaton has been approved 8 months back but still my card is not printed and i didn't recevied my driving license it has been 8 months. so please, look into my issue.

My LL & AEDL application number is[protected]. I have passed the driving test on 01/02/2021. Till date, I have not received my license. I checked the status, it is showing "Application is under processing at RTO Level."

Upon enquiring they told me that additional fees have not been submitted for dual endorsement after that I have also paid the additional fees online. I have visited RTO 3-4 times, they always say that this is a software problem, they can't approve licence from their end and they will send mail to higher authority for further decision.

Note: I had applied for a new learner license instead of renewing the old one as I was not able to renew it after the expiry of the first learner's license.

I applied for RC address change (from one state to another state) almost 18 months ago. status is showing NOC issued but still i have not received the original RC and NOC to my given address.

I have applied for RC transfer(State to State transfer) almost one and half year ago but status is showing NOC issued but i have not received my original RC and NOC doc to my given address.

My rc is not being delivered from 1 month

Driver was not followed any traffic guidelines and run very fast near school area. Also misbehavior with people's. He also over take from wrong side and not take care of others well being. He was Drived the Maruti ECO van ( GJ06LB 8046) on dated 5th June 2021 11 am near Makarpura. Please take neccessary action to cancel his license for life time otherwise he may harm to other human being. As a Indian, we need to set example which can give lesson to undisciplined persons.

I applied for a learner license and took the appointment of test two times but both times it was canceled without any pre-information. I want to know that is there any system for updating people about this and why your website give appointment if there is no service provided on those days...to bother public only. In Delhi, the system doesn't look at these mistakes and only happy to blame the public and central govt. I would like to know what type of services Delhi govt provides except home delivery of wine and criticizing central. Are you responsible for anything?
