I have applied for an international license on[protected]. It has been three long months, but still my application is not processed. I uploaded all the required documents and everything.

Currently I am in outside of India and I have also uploaded the document from Indian embassy in this country required for an international license but still my license has not been processed yet.

The officers at Patna RTO 'Mr Pawan' are asking me to be present in person, this is ridiculous as the application for an international license is supposed to be completely online and how he expects me to be present in person if I am applying from outside India.

It has been 90 Days since the purchase of new Vehicle which is registered under KA01, but there is no news on the RC Smart card. On checking the Application Status on Vahan portal with application number kA[protected], it says RC smart Card Pending since 17th March 2021.
Please help in expediting the process as there is no way to contact the RTO office for common people

I have registered my Bajaj Dominar 400 with Bangalore West(KA02) Rajajinagar RTO. it is nearly 2 years now, still i haven't received my original RC. I have visited Rajajinagar RTO office multiple times and also registered complaint (complaint Id KA/2/VH/22052021/5782825) in Vahan portal. Without any response/resolution team has closed the ticket. At RTO office also no one responds properly.

I'm really worried about my original RC. Kindly help me to get my vehicle RC as soon as possible.

Dear sir i lost my license so i make a appointment for today for apply a duplicate license my appointment time was 11:15 am now its around 1 o clock first here is no line in manner of apointment time and no social distance then they stoped bcoz of electricity cut they have genrater but they saying its not working its a disaster please kindly look into it people are suffering here

I have passed the learners test on[protected] . The approval of PRINTING OF LEARNING LICENCE is still pending at RTO level. I request you to notify the RTO and solve my issue as early as possible.

I took appointment for the learner's licence on june 11, 2021. And my slot timing was 9 Am to 10 Am. i reached the iti gorwa, vadodara camp at shart 8:50 but they didn't open the premises till 9:30. They are not punctual and also taking our time for granted.

Refer application number [protected] for learning license slot booking in delhi (Our address falls under janakpuri rto). The required documents have been submitted & payment made online. While going for slot booking on https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/; system always getting shows the same error.
We have even tried booking at 1 am as people suggested;but still we donot see any available slot ever. Have been trying for the last 7 days now.

I applied for transfer of ownership in February and the transaction is successful but the application status still shows not since 4 months

My name is siddhesh Hari Raut and I've applied for DL my learning test was on 15 Feb 2021 and I passed but within 45 days they told me that my DL will be delivered to your home by post but it's so many days my license is not delivered today's date is 10 June 2021 kindly look at into it. thank you

Applied for DL back log entry on 1st April 2021 at BHARUCH RTO, GUJARAT, for my expired DL (5th Aug 2000-4th Aug 2020). Photo and signature were captured on 8th April 2021. Since then, the scrutiny is going on. The only document asked was DL which was uploaded. Dont know when does it get completed. By the way, this is my 3rd application as earlier two were rejected after scrutiny WITHOUT GIVING ANY REASON. All this Online DL servicing is a SHAM! They want to us feed the agents, it seems.

My application no [protected] of lerning licence under the Buxar dto (bihar) is not issueing my licence, it's been a month but there is not any update plz issue my licence asap

My learning test is having on 11 June 2021
When I open my application status it show
Approval of L L by license authority is pending for my learning license test on-line.

Sir i apply for learning license from delhi process is complete. But when open for online test it show approval of LL by license authority is pending. 11june is my slot booking.

As my driving license was made a long time back so its details are no available online, as I am looking to update it but unable to do so...as there is no details available, so I applied for DL backlog entry online but its still showing pending approval at counter : RICOUNTER2

I had applied for renewal of my learning license and, submitted the online application along with required fee on 20/03/2021. But till now the application status is "Scrutiny- Document Verification" at RTO Level.

I would like to inform you that I had applied for driving learner License on 13th mar 2021 and booked a slot for 28th April 2021 for my LL TEST, the slot was available for the month of April 2021, so I booked it. But when on the date of 28 April 2021 I needed to visit RTO for documents verification, but due to lockdown in Delhi I was unable to go at RTO. It is near to two month now, its showing "Application is under processing at RTO Level. SCRUTINY - (Document Verification) : FACELESS5SCR
All Document Uploaded online. But now I am unable to get it done neither make a fresh appointment nor received any LL
The RTO website shows “ Click here for Learner Licence Test.” But when I have clicked it is showing “Application is not at LLTest stage”

Please help me get my learner License. I would be very thankful to you for any help.

Sir i am in defence having trouble for duty without dl i cant go with my bike so my learning licence is expire i completed all the process for reneval of learner licence my leave is in next month if you would issue the new learning licence then next month my leave then i will present for dl application nu [protected] please i request to you thankyu sir

My driving Licence has been dispatched through speed post by RTO since one week, but still not received..i don't think it takes more than one week to deliver a speed post.The tracking number is there, but when we track the number through indiapost online website, it shows no consignment found. I don't know whether it is the problem of RTO, or it is problem of india Post

I complain [protected] this number.
This is fake number and this person worried me. Please action this person.
