Respected Sir/Maim
I am Mukesh Tripathi, resident of sidhauli, sitapur, uttar pradesh.
I have applied for my learner license in sitapur and schedule for my test was on 18 feb 2021 at 3 pm.i appeared before designated authority and verified my identity before that authority.but he did not appoint me for taking test schedule on 18 feb 2021 at 3 pm also.
Today, on 05/03/2021, i reached rto office and appeared before A.R.T.O Praveen kumar singh for addressing my grievance.he misbehaved with me.and also not taken my grievance in cognisance.
Please take appropriate action against ARTO Praveen kumar singh and his colleagues and also resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Please take necessary action against my Re registration.. (OR01H-8142) though I deposit Rs-1968/- for Re registration on10/01/2021 reacipt no - (ORY[protected] bearing application NO- OR210110V3600892/OR210110C7852280 after verification done by MVI Balasore.
but Rto Balasore told me that it is seen hypothecation though it is not seen in on line. Also he told me to deposit again.. But why.. Deposit of rs 1968/- is made by me authenticated.

Sir i was applying for DL. and i was pay 100 for DL slot booking then my payment was in hold. And today i check again payment status its showing failed. Amount has duducted from my bank acc. Now sir plz tell any one how can i fix it ?
